If Raphaela's on about me, that's pretty much cause I just iron the fuck out of mine ;D Naturally my hair's rather fluffy. It actually grows somewhat spherically... so after I wash it and dry it, it's like a small fluffy afro, hahah. I couldn't have straight hair if I prayed, but I have and afro and the only way to get it straight would be to dread or braid it, I don't know how to iron an afro. I'll post a photo of that if you like for those who missed it :P But yeah, until end of January, my hair was brown with one golden blonde bit in it, then I decided, you know what, I wanna be blonde. So I bleached it once, it went a shade of odd dark ginger (yeah I made the idiot's error thinking I could bleach it in one...) But after I while I got used to it and liked it :) But after a week, bleaching number two... It went some very odd ashy orange, which was horrendous, and patchy due to certain areas taking better. I spazzed that time. Around this time my hair dried out too, so I had to condition it more deeply than before. I used a violet toner to keep the orange evened out til recent anyway, and wore my hat. Then a week after - last week - I bleached it for the third time. Went to blonde, with a tint of orange on top (last place it was applied), so I'm using toners to sort that out for now! My hair's quite amazing, as none has actually fallen out! Sure, a few breakages here and there, but I seem to prove against the fact bleaching your hair loads causes it to break off majorly. Well, I hope that stays! Hah! I have one bleaching to go before I'm at the tone I want.
