The album is set to be released on August 12th, 2014. It features music from the likes of Isabel, Dominic Brown, Victoria Black, Arianna Harley (Formerly of Hey Lolita), mISTER_b, and more. The project was overseen by Gia Rose-Hilton and she was joined by some of the biggest producers such as mISTER_b and Calvin Harris and up and coming producer, Deneil. Musically, the album follows mostly EDM, Dance, Pop, with some Alternative Rock and Indie pop as well. Gia praises the album saying "Even though it's a summer movie, there's not just dance and EDM tracks, there's romantic tracks and those songs that when it's summer, you don't mind hearing it because it'll remind you of the season no matter what. It's a pretty diverse album and it was fun being able to put together an album with such a diverse yet talented group of artists." Immediately, the controversy surrounded the album as it was reported that Arianna Harley was also working on the album. It was only a year ago when Gia and Arianna made headlines as it was discovered Arianna had been having an affair with Gia's husband, Scott Rose-Hilton, but she seemingly didn't work with her at all and was 'very professional' throughout the entire album recording. "Most of the tracks were recovered after having been released already but I felt it would be a great addition to the album." says Gia on the few tracks which were released by the likes of Sabrina Franc and Melva Griffin. Lyrically, the album has multiple themes, such as love, partying, heartbreak, and etc. The most common theme and word to be used throughout the album is 'Control' which, is the first track on the album and reportedly will be on Isabel's upcoming album. The themes focus on all the events that happened particularly at the time of when the movie starts off, until the end of the movie, going through excitement about summer, to love, to heartbreak, and all in between. The movie, which is about 3 girls going on summer vacation with each other and encounter different people and situations which tests their friendship, morals, and just how much they are willing to have an epic summer vacation that will never be forgotten. "There's fun tracks, there's sexually charged tracks, and it's all about allowing yourself to not be in control all the time and have fun, which is basically the whole point of the movie. It's a great summer album." Izzy on the album, and about her track. "It's got some hidden meaning in it, which I think most will pick up on, but overall it's the feeling of not being in control and letting go. The house inspired track is the second version of the actual song, which is set to be released on Isabel's upcoming album. With production from Cedric Gervais, the thrilling and exciting track provides the overall theme of the movie, talking of losing control and becoming something much bigger than oneself. Isabel's light and airy vocals really shine on the track as she sings in a seductive yet determined tone. the beat then changes again to a more Trance like beat before she can be heard singing the chorus again for the third time again adding enthusiasm to her voice, after finishing this chorus the beat goes into heavy full on EDM breakdown as Melva begins to chant the bridge section of the song, before again the beat returns to the Trance style beat as Melva sings the chorus for one final time He managed to re-group the same producer’s team he worked in his debut album, obviously once being part of the ElectroDeath Team, he is currently making the follow up of the successful “The Energy” debut album. Initial talks with some singers were first arranged by his manager and his record label’s executives, Studio60. It comes to our knowledge that Nova is one of among these artists to feature on his album. Similarities with “Recovery” might be a point of criticism, but the track is overall much more club oriented than the famous EDM single. Mixing progressive house with electro house the track is a grower compared to Drake’s previous material, it has melodically vocals quite well produced and performed by Nova, and she managed to deliver an impressive range plus emotional effort coordinated by the house beats of the song. The progressive house elements are obviously noticed with the crescendo tempo of the track towards its choruses, but the track might be mainly influenced by electro house such is the subtle drum sequence of its introduction and the elements presented in the breakdown of the track which receives elements of synth beats. The verses of the track are focused on Nova’s vocals, so one of the reasons they are quite good, it’s probably because the main goal was to let her performance set the mood of the track in this case it’s very hopeful and empowering. The track was written by Drake and Lilly Stuart, it’s about the breaking dawn of a big party, where most of the clubbers on it are feeling the same vibe, sharing the same energy as Nova sings in its first lines “Let’s stay here under the sun, 'Cause right here, we're all as one” moments after the first verse on its pre-chorus is clearly noticed that this “energy” told in the track might make reference to MDMA or ecstasy with the line “Even though our minds might not be sane” and “And if we can buy happiness”, it describes the brotherhood sensation these synthetic drugs bring to its consumers. Despite Drake declared in some interviews he is against the use of these drugs due to his first marriage turned into a failure because of his ex-wife abuse of cocaine, he said that he knows most of the clubbers are users of such substances and he believes that the moderate consummation of them might be the best orientation for these young people who likes to experience pleasure while dancing to electronic music. The theme of the song matches with one of the themes presented in the movie, where we get to see Isabel taking drugs and partying hard till the morning light. When I did it I heard about the movie and couldn't believe how well it tied into each other. It was such a fun experience and I love it. My favorite song so far. It really gives that summery vibe and really pushes over the feeling of the movie as well. Definitely something I would buy. Everyone's efforts were really, really good.
