He's known as the most professional and hard worker in the band and although this could make him look cold sometimes, he's just a perfectionist and gives his 100% in all he does, which is what made him one of those to have the highest marks at school. He grew up with a strong passion for video games and computers and in March 2010 he accepted to join the Teen Titans for the money, replacing Rupert Flower who left the group due to a lack of passion for the job. So he was taught how to produce songs by Den and became the second producer of the band, releasing with the group their debut album 'Teen'. After the band's first UK tour, Laurence decided to help his bandmates Tanya and Joey producing their solo albums and in December 2010 met Coco Lopez, who he married in May 2011 after releasing the band's second album 'Generation'. So Laurence went on a world tour with the group and left a few dates before the end as his first baby Alexander was born. In the late 2011 Laurence released with the band the album 'Rebellion' and went on releasing his first solo one called 'Einstein 2.0' in January. After the promotion of the albums, Laurence took his wife and baby with him to Los Angeles to have a break while recording new music with the Teen Titans. In October, Laurence and his wife Coco announced to be expecting their second baby and he's releasing with the band the new album 'Neon Lights' the next month. DOMINIC BROWN - I SAY TONIGHT TOGETHER LAURENCE DOMINIC The video begins along with the song showing two different cars, with close-ups of Laurence and Dominic driving them. So Laurence sings the first verse while driving. "If you're going out, just tell Just tell me when and I'll be there I don't want you, no I don't want you to feel alone My friend, believe it or not Together we can show them what we got" During the second verse, Laurence and Dominic meet up and both get into a club full of people dancing, talking and drinking. And when you want to come out Out of all the pain you got You don't even need to ask Because if ya ask, ya know what I'm gonna say tonight Laurence and Dominic join the people dancing and both dance with some girls during the chorus. "Hey you there, my friend I say tonight 'cause we don't need to wait We don't need to wait for more time Me and you would win every fight Get your mood from black to white 'Cause I say tonight, tonight is gonna be alright" As soon as the chorus ends, the two see a girl dancing among the people and both try to flirt with her, almost getting into a competition with each other. "Yeah, she promised me, like she promised you She was gonna be The perfect girl for you But she ain't anymore the rip Let's take back our friendship" So, during the new pre-chorus, Laurence takes the girl out of the club and gets her in the car, but Dominic follows the two and gets into his car too. "And when you want to come out Out of all the pain you got You don't even need to ask Because if ya ask, ya know what I'm gonna say tonight" When the pre-chorus ends, the two start a pursuit and both almost try to throw each other out of the road. "Hey you there, my friend I say tonight 'cause we don't need to wait We don't need to wait for more time Me and you would win every fight Get your mood from black to white 'Cause I say tonight, tonight is gonna be alright" As the middle 8 part begins, the two cars crash and a lot of people get on the place to see what happened. Laurence, Dominic and the girl get out of the cars unharmed. "I say tonight, a party tonight Yeah, a party tonight I say tonight You're going to feel alright I say tonight" When the chorus starts, Laurence and Dominic both laugh and after giving each other an high five, they start dancing again with the other people. "Hey you there, my friend I say tonight 'cause we don't need to wait We don't need to wait for more time Me and you would win every fight Get your mood from black to white 'Cause I say tonight, tonight is gonna be alright" The video eventually ends with the song and Laurence and Dominic both smiling at the camera. He then changes the tune as the beat in the background goes slowlier and keeps fitting with the voice. I also think that this song fits my voice very well, plus the lyrics are very good: I wrote the song with Will himself and Claire Becker, and they did most of the songwriting job as I only added some lines, but I still like to think this song as a song about my wife. Laurence - Insomnia Dance Pop Black Cat Records February 4th, 2012 Written by Laurence Wilson, Martina Downtown & Produced by Laurence Wilson The Song It's mainly a Dance Pop song with a few heavy synthesizers mixed to some lighter ones. It starts with the beat being at his fast tempo already, as a chorus is what opens the song. Then the beat slows down a little and Laurence sings the first verse. As the song goes even slowlier and the piano plays higher and longer notes, Laurence sings the pre-chorus using a slow, ballad-kind of tune. Then the beat suddenly goes faster again and another chorus comes in. The song repeats the same sequence of beat of before, as another verse similar to the first one is sang, followed by another slow pre-chorus and a chorus. A short instrumental part plays and then as the slow pre-chorus comes in again, the catchy chorus is repeated twice, ending the song with the last line.
