[Verse 1] You can't win, You can't fight Until you realize it's your time In this life, In this life All those years, All those cries Someone comes and wipes your eyes In this life, In this life The scene then switches to Izzy running with a group of friends who seem to be carrying giant, yellow balloons, across the field. As she sings the chorus, she's then seen dancing in the field with a blue jean jacket on, going into the second verse. Don't be afraid, Take a ride You've got nothing left to hide In this life, In this life Don't lose your sight, Don't lose your mind Everyone will start off blind In this life In this life [Chorus] Ooh! Ooh! Ooh! You Know, You Know, You Know (In this life) Whooa! Whooa! Whooa! (Take a walk from the shadows) The scene goes to Izzy wearing a dress which looks like it's made of some multicolored jewels, with a mariachi band playing. She then is seen with a blindfold on, swinging at a pinata. There are also scenes of it being night time and Izzy playing with sparklers, and dancing with friends. [Verse 2] If you don't seek, You'll never find The hidden glories of your time In this life, In this life You learn to walk, You learn to run You'll learn to fight without your gun In this life, In this life Don't walk away, Don't hesitate You have to learn to pass the hate In this life, In this life I know your weak, You can't survive But no one can easily just get by In this life In this life [Chorus] Ooh! Ooh! Ooh! You Know, You Know, You Know (In this life) Whooa! Whooa! Whooa! (Take a walk from the shadows) Izzy is then seeing back with the sparklers as the song comes to an end. The video ends with Izzy looking up at the sky as more fireworks go off behind her, and the scene fades out.
