If I'm being totally honest, you won't get respect from me unless you, a) drop the cliche poser crap, b) heavy the fuck up, just so you won't be so blatantly mainstream, or c) pioneer something new, that we're not expecting. All bands have inspiration, it's just a decision of how much you wanna rely on those influences.

Sabbath is a phenomenal band, the point is it's been done before, BY SABBATH NONE THE LESS. Feel free to stop by any of our local shows in the Washington area, hell I'll even give you tickets. I guess Black Flag sums up the way I feel right now better than anyone else, 'I've Heard It Before'.

Everyone in this goddam industry's the same nowadays, man. If I'm being totally honest, you won't get respect from me unless you, a) drop the cliche poser crap, b) heavy the fuck up, just so you won't be so blatantly mainstream, or c) pioneer something new, that we're not expecting. All bands have inspiration, it's just a decision of how much you wanna rely on those influences.
