Hey everyone! As you know in between our releases from Doesn't Mean Its Legal to our new release Torn Filthy Love we released three tracks early after that entitled 1-Lines 2-Which Way Is Up? 3-Cancer Song. These songs have been the most personal to all of us just because of the meaning behind them. We are going to be releasing three new tracks like we did last time. These three tracks are three of our favorites that we designated for this purpose. Here are the names of them:
1-Perspective
2-The Road Ahead Isn't Any Clearer
3-Missing You
These tracks are also very personal to us and we hope you will enjoy them. We will announce the release dates soon don't worry. For those of you who don't know the meaning of Cancer Song I am going to tell you! Also we have some big news for the fall!

Cancer Song: This song was written by Matt and it is about how is Mom, Sister, and Grandmother all have cancer. This song was originally written for my grandmother shortly after she passed away. This is the most personal song I have ever written and I've never wanted to play it with the full instruments like it is on the original track. The reason is because I felt like with doing it acoustically it payed more respect to my grandma instead of rocking out like a mad man to a song so almost sad. I'm actually going to share with all of you the real story behind this song. When I was really young about nine years old my parents got a divorce and during about a four month period my brother, sister, and I went and stayed with my grandma while my parents tried to settle this stuff out in court. During that time period I really really really grew close with my grandma and I didn't want to leave her once the divorce was settled. About two years after I moved back in with my mom my grandma was complaining about heart pain and how it was hard for her to breath. We took her into the doctors and they told us they aren't one hundred percent sure what was wrong with her. At first they thought it was just heart burn but after a long period of this continuing we took her back to the hospital. They ran a few x-rays and saw that she had a tumor on the left side of her heart. They took blood samples and all that different shit and the results said she had heart cancer. She fought with cancer until late 2009 until she had finally lost the battle. This song is dedicated to my grandmother and I hope she is proud of the music I have written and made in the past. I hope you all enjoyed learning the story behind Cancer Song and don't be afraid to tell me what you think about this song or my story about this song. I do want honest opinions even if you think this song sucks. And this is why you guys are fantastic! -The Bards |

Holy crap! Hey guys today is a big big day! Our new single "Vulture" broke into the top five and hit number 3 on the airplay charts! This is big for us we havent even had a song hit the top 10! Thank you to everyone who voted for our song it makes us feel like people may be starting to respect our music! Also guys this fall we are going on tour with 6 other great bands! On this tour will be the four of the industry's best new artists Teen Titans, Vulker and The Millions, Jenny Hudson and Daniel. Also there will be a band that we have toured with before the very strong Infinite. And headlining it all are heavyweights in the industry Axiom! Below are the tour dates and venues! 9/19/10  Hey guys last night at our performance at the Hard Rock in London with Cosmic Beauty Contest and Vulker and The Millions we recorded it and we are going to be releasing the live Cd this wendsday the 22nd! It was a great show last night and everyone was really into it! We are glad to release this album because it shows people who havent seen us live before a chance to see what there missing and it gives you the first chance to hear a new song called Perspective which will be released next month. NEWS!!!!
For those of you who haven't heard the news Suburban Sunrise has signed a three record deal with Shooting Star Records. Here is a statement from Nick!
"We are really excited to be apart of that company! I especially like how much they promote their artists and really help get the artists name out there for people to hear and see. On this label I really think that we are going to show everyone that we mean business. We really want to stay with this label and help get there name out there a little more along with ours, so it'll be fun to see how this works out and they have some of the best new young acts in the industry today. I can only say and see good things for this company in the future and now!"

Hey guys our first single out of the record is now availible. It is an acoustic track called Missing You. Its a very sad romantic track that was written by Matt about his recent break up with singer/rocker Stacy Walton. Make sure you purchase the single and request it on your local readio stations!

There are a few things I need to tell everyone concerning myself and the rest of the band. As many of you know our song Vulture has had very good success but looks like that success is starting to wind down as it did no reach the Top 10 this week. We have released the single Missing You which we hope you are all enjoying. Right now I am in a very sad depressed state in my life and I don't know how to go on. Yesterday night my dad passed away at the age of 56. He was my biggest fan and my whole life. My mom passed away when I was younger and it has just been me and him since I was about 8 years old. Right now I need all of your support more then ever because I am going to be missing three of the shows from the All We Want Is... tour. The rest of the band will still play but with Matt doing lead vocals. I do want to apologize to everyone who will be at those three shows. Luckily it will only be the first three. I am missing them for my dads funeral/remembrance. Right now the only person left in my intermediate family is my oler sister. For right now please everyone help me get through this hard time I dont know what to think or even know if I want to keep going with the band. Matt and Nick are still with the band 100% and I want to be but dont know if I should because in my dad's last final days I have been on tour. If anyone has any advise please help me get through this and I will keep you updated on my status with the band.... |

You guys in Saburban Sunrise are like family to me, so it's upsetting to see any of you guys in pain. You guys were there for us when Greg had his car accident, so I'm hoping to return the favor. Infinite's touring with during the 'All We Need Is...' tour, so I'd love to talk to you about this face-to-face. Maybe it'll help.
