Jack Frost, 35, turns up once again with his unannounced, 12th studio album Sunday Morning Memories
Frost stays with the basics with his second country album. It's Frost and his guitar and some really top notch song writing.

JACK FROST pictured here last month with long hair and a thick beard.
"I find myself being drawn further and further away from my roots. It's like taking out a venom
in my blood stream. But the venom is something that keeps me alive. Not sure what I want anymore
all I know is that NY is calling me again..."

Sunday Morning Memories is a sad yet beautiful album that touches on the easy, rough, and fragile side of life.

Frost opens the album with WHISKEY LIARS, a song about the evil that swims within this brown drink. This has
been one of the strongest songs that Frost has put out in the last few albums. The second song is an up beat,
country tune called BIG COUNTRY BLUES, about the open range and the big blue sky! Next is a down right depressin
but very moving song called RUSTED RAILROAD. A song about lifes old railroads that we forge and forget. Following this
is PA WAS A COAL MINER a song about the hardships of coal mining. This has been his first folk song in almost five years.
Next up is the beautiful FOREST track that tells a simple story of walking through the forest on a bright sunday morning.
Next is the titular track which is followed by COLD SUMMER, FIELDS OF GREEN and the mournful SOMEDAY SHE"LL GO.
The album is finishes off with a strange life reflection tune that seemingly SHOWS THAT JACK FROST MISSES his old
rock n roll days, the song is ICE HARVEST.
