The first interview with Jasmine, Jade, Charlotte, Jennifer and Zoe: the girls of the new girlband Storm!
You've recently released your debut single, which is a cover of Madonna's song "La Isla Bonita". Why did you make the choice to release a cover as your debut single?Jasmine: Yes, we released a cover because we want people to recognise us and our style. We thought that there was nothin' better than releasing a good cover of a great song.What can we expect from you in the future?Jasmine: You can expect a lot of dance tunes from us. Dance Pop is definately our kind of music.
Zoe: Of course we're not all about dance music. We can also make some rock stuff, you know.Is Will.Rocca managing you?Jennifer: Yes, he's a great man! He's helping us a lot. We'd be lost without him!How did you feel when you've been signed with Junction Records?Charlotte: We were so excited. A dream actually came true.There are lots of girlbands today in the music industry. Do you think you'll find any rivalry?Jasmine: We hope we won't. Charlotte We do like most of them.Are you going to give us anything different from these pop girlbands?Jasmine: Yes, we are! Not most of them makes use of the Dance Music like we're going to do!Why did you call the band "Storm"?Jennifer: Because we think that our music is going to be like an exciting big storm!
Jade: I had the idea of the name. We wanted a cool name.Would you work with any famous artist or band of the music industry of today?Zoe: We would. I've already asked my friend Den to collaborate with his band or at least with him, but he said he's too busy.
Jasmine: There are plenty of them we'd like to have on our album, but someone like Tisha Jackson, Stephanie Fierce or Miss Vanity would be out of this world!
Any famous face you'd like to date?Zoe: This music industry if full of hot faces, it's an hard choice.
Are you girls all single?Charlotte: Yes, but love it's definately the last thing on our minds now. We're so into this our new work!What would you say to your fans?Jasmine: Keep your eyes on us!Edited by user 06 May 2011 04:57:59(UTC)
