OOC:Awhile ago I remember there being a recording studio, kinda like "the" recording studio in the forums, so I thought that I would make a new one, for all artists needs.

Welcome to Broken Down Records, we are an Independent Recording company built for music of all genres-Rap,Rock,Metal, you name it!
There are 2 buildings, 1A,and 2B, rates are below.

Studio One
$50 a Week/Standard Rates (includes amenities)
One "Big Room"
Small engineering room
Small Recording room
Small Break room w/o soda or food, but does have a T.V.

Studio Two
$100 a Week/Standard Rates (includes amenities)
One Big Room
Medium Sized Engineering room
Small Recording room
Medium Break room, includes soda ($1.50per) and T.V.

Studio Three
$150 a week/Standard Rates (includes amenities)
One Big Room
Medium Sized Engineering room
Medium Recording room
Medium Break room, includes soda (free) and beer ($2.50) and large T.V.

Studio Four
$200 a week/Standard Rates (includes amenities)
One xtra Big room
Large Engineering room
Medium Recording room
Big Break room, Includes Soda (free) and beer (free) and Large T.V. and Xbox 360

Studio Five
$300 a week/Standard Rates (includes amenities)
One xtra Big room
Large Engineering room
Large Recording Room
Two Break Rooms, includes Soda (free) and Beer (free) and Large T.V. With Xbox 360, Ps3 and Games

Studio Six
$450 a week/Standard Rates (includes amenities
One Xtra big room with pull down screen for movies
Large Engineering Room
Large Recording Room with coffee machine and bathroom
2 large Break Rooms, includes Soda (free) Beer (Free) and Large Flat Screen T.V. With Xbox 360, Ps3, and Games
also comes with garage for parking and access to pool.
