Long, long ago... On a day much like this, there lived a band. The band wrote many songs. It turned out that many people enjoyed their songs. They traveled the world and played their songs for everyone. Soon they wrote more songs. These songs also caught on. The band felt like they were ontop of the world. They played shows for thousands of people. Then soon enough they were writing more songs. They were some of the greatest songs they had ever written. The songs showed the collapse of the very world that the band lived in. In their album was a revolution. But as they went around the world they found they had forgotten that there was another word. A familiar, less exciting world, but a world nonetheless. They found that they had to part ways. Some of them went on making more music. Some took on the challenge of helping others make great music. Others returned to their roots and went home. They all had thought that this would help them. They were apart for what seemed like quite a long time. Then something happened. By some sort of divine intervention they met up once more. As much as they had tried, they found that their music was never as strong as when they were making it with each other. Though things weren't perfect. The band was torn and lost a member. They kept their heads up through it all and found a group that worked. Now after all of that they've returned. They have come to make what might be their most ambitious album yet. They have come to write the post-grunge catastrophe.

"As I hope you've figured out, we are ready to make another album. The idea for the album has been floating around since soon after the release of Disarm. It didn't go anywhere right then because obviously, we were relentlessly touring and promoting. The idea Post-Grunge Catastrophe is similar to Disarm in that it is a concept album. The major difference is that this album will be much more literal. We made an upbeath, youthful, pop punk album with I Know You. Then we made a dark indie garage rock sounding album. Then we made the ambitious punk rock opera. Now we want to do something that just seems a little bit more relivant and literal to people's lives, and I'm hoping that we can accomplish that with this album. I'll give you more info on what the album is truly about later, but right now I'm going to leave you hanging.

On another note, its been awhile since we've gone out and seen all of our loving fans. Not to worry though, I think we'll be meeting again very soon." - Billie Beckett

Big News - The Title Track

We've recorded a coupledemos of the title track for the new album. The thing is, though, that this is a song that is meant to be powerful. We want to surprise you on this album., but were picking and choosing where you get surprised. So were gonna go ahead and tell you that we want what could be called a rock n roll choir on this song! So if you can sing a song without sounding like a dying cat, and you would classify yourself as being able to sing a rock song then let us know. Were going big and we want an all star cast for this song! I'll be personally contacting a few people who I would love to have singing with us on this song. Scheduling recording will probably be a massive pain, but who said making an album was easy? - Vin

Things in the studio are going rather well. certain tracks have been coming naturally and are just about done. Others are taking alot more thinking. In general though were finding that our motivation to make a great record is paying off. We want to record the vocals for the title track on the first weekend in April. So if you want to be a part of that then please let me know. So far the album is turning out great. - Vin

Lyrics Leak!

Wake up and look at the sun
It'll be gone by the time this is done
We'll sit back and look at the stars
Until were one

Drive until this town's gone
Go somewhere where the lights are still on
Look back at the world that we knew
It's all gone, its all gone

Now this place is just a token
A few more and I get to stay for free
But every minute is worth it
Cause all I want is here with me

Maybe a few more tokens
and then I'll never have to go home

Are we a post-grunge catastrophe?
Making our dreams while the city sleeps
I've heard maybe were to young now?

Are we a post grunge catastrophe?
Making a scene out in the streets
Their city is ours now!

Things are winding down. The album is getting to the point where it is just about done. Today the final recording for the title track (Which features appearances by Jason Smith, and members of Suburban Sunrise) is going on today. After that just a few more things have to be done and then we should have a release date out.

The following tracks are confirmed for a place on the album. More info to come later.

Post-Grunge Catastrophe
Enemies
Let's Run
Ruler of an Empire That Doesn't Exist
The Cure to Growing Older

2011 West Coast Tour!
Were igniting the fanbase and visiting every seemingly insignificant town from Vancouver to San Diego! Were also doing special street shows (Bold). They're free but you'll have to find out where exactly where they're going to be. In addition to that, we have two outdoor shows at midnight on the full moon. Were going to be playing music nonstop for a couple of months. This should be rather fantastic!

You know what I love! I love hearing a couple of songs from an album before it comes out. Thats why on Tuesday April 12, we are releasing the first single from our new album! It's a song I wrote called 'Manufactured Radio', and it is the first track on the new record. I think you're going to like it. I wont tell you why. Think of it as a surprise party. The only catch is that you know a surprise is coming, you just don't know what the surprise is. - Matt Collins
