Today Vendetta announced through their website that they had to delay there album for an indefinite amount of time. Lead singer Jay Smith had this to say about the situation on their weekly podcast.

"I'm really upset that were going to let down the fans but as it stands now we rushed into the recording and it's not the best quality we can do, and on top of that the producer we chose for the record was not working out for us and we had to let him go. We're currently looking for a new producer and new studio to re-record everything, as it stands now the album will still be called The Infection and the track listing stays the same."

Rhythm guitarist Ryne Ryback also had a comment on the subject "There's a lot going on in our lives right now which is a reason for the delay plus the quality of the recordings is amateur at best, I mean you can't expect much from a dingy back alley studio that a friend of mine owns so were looking for a more professional establishment so we won't disappoint when the album is released."

No member was willing to say as to when we can expect the re-vamped album to hit shelves.
