In comparison to the 20th IMA's, the 21st IMA's experienced much higher viewership and twice;nearly triple the reception. However, while ratings are extremely important to keep the award industry alive, the lives of a human-being are much more. Just in case you missed it, Johnny Johnson (lead singer of The Rockers), unfortunately experienced a heart attack on stage during his live performance at the Birdies. According to IMA officials, the performance was 100% live, and therefore no edits or on-air hold backs were able to be made to cut out the performance.
The singer, brought the audience to scare when he collapsed, bringing the music coming to a halt. All that could be heard was an echo of the audience gasping. His former ex-wife Stephanie Fierce, was then seen rushing out of the arena with the paramedics, therefore cancelling the rest of her night in the show, along with her much-anticipated performance.
Once the show went to a commercial break, things kicked back into gear with Daniel (the experimental musician) replacing Stephanie Fierce as main host. Miss Vanity very scared for her friend, courageously continued to host and managed to finish the night smoothly.
"By looking at the rehearsal footage, Stephanie Fierce was set to do a stunning, vocally-charged performance of Bjork's "All is Full of Love" in a beautifully air-blown/ocean-like red dress that would cover the whole stage. Then followed, by her removing it and doing a dance choreographed performance of her single "Crucifixion on an Innocent (Suffer)" in a nude colored panties and bra. During the performance, she was set to do something symbolic, that would represent the essence of her new record, as she would keep repeating during her rehearsal. Her Diamond Certification plaque of "Diary of a Pop Sinner" was to be smashed in front of millions, done by Stephanie Fierce herself (That In similar to a rock star smashing his guitar in front of the audience). She was then to be 'crucified' on stage, before joining a group of pregnant nude-suited women, who would then wave their bellies whilst holding each other in the form of a conga line (Steph in the middle). An unheard emotional piece of the song was to be heard in instrumentation. Then the group of pregnant women would get on their knees and crawl towards the audience, while Steph plays a bass guitar in the center of the stage, holding her fist onto the air."
There is apparently going to be a release of the rehearsal footage or.........I don't know, the Chaos Awards are right around the corner, maybe she could perform the set there or maybe perform that new single, she's planning to announce very soon. Either way its been nearly 10 months since Stephanie Fierce's last televised performance. Which is unusual.
Hope all goes well for Steph, the next few weeks.
