Scott shrugs. "I guess I didn't see her winking or whatever, but she was just trying to wind you up. She wasn't really going to try anything. She even said when she was in the car that she wouldn't really ever try to steal me." He sighs. "If she was trying to make you jealous though then there is no excuse at all for that and I can't defend her doing that to you. She's just a wind up merchant though. She's all mouth." He nods at her. "Alright then. So tell me these rules. I'm listening." He leans against the wall.

Scott nods again. "I swear I'm not trying to make her look good. I'm just telling you the way I see it, that shes all mouth and no action. Don't attack them though. The last thing any of us need is you going to jail." He listens to her first rule, and looks at her, feeling nervous as she walks towards him. "OK. If that's what you want, then I won't talk to her. I won't be her friend. What else?"

Scott nods. "OK. I agree Gia. No more running away. If there are problems, we have a proper sit down discussion and not an argument or a fight right?" He thinks for a few minutes and then scratches his chin. "No holding back and telling me nothing's wrong. you tell me when things are wrong. Yeah?" He sighs.

Scott shakes his head. "No. See that's why I end up like walking away and stuff, because when you don't tell me your problems, I feel like I'm unimportant to you, like there's not enough reason for you to try to work it out with me. You have to tell me if this is going to work."
Scott leans back against the wall a little and rubs his face with both hands slowly. "I know we do. But we can't have that happy ending by being secretive and burying problems. We have the happy ending by vocalising the issues we have and working through them together. We took a vow to do that Gia. Please." He looks at her.

Scott nods slowly. He thinks for a moment. "I don't know. I can't think of any other rules." He shrugs. "Sure. We can go home. It's been really shitty being here. It felt so empty and alone and generally awful. I gave Mark a message to tell him that I wasn't dead. I didn't send it to you because I thought you were done with me so I assumed you didn't care. Why were you scared? I know. I know I can't just leave, but I assumed you were leaving. I mean for God's sake I already explained this. I would have come back to visit them." He shakes his head. "Shall we go then?" He lifts his phone and puts it in his pocket.

Scott goes out and closes the door. He had missed the kids and he wanted to see them badly. This was mostly the reason for him going home. He walked slightly behind Gia, remaining quiet as they walked down the stairs towards her car. When he reached the vehicle, he walked around the car to the passenger side, waiting for her to unlock the door so he could get in.

Cassie is laid on a bed in hospital, a sheet covering her bottom half. She looks tired, and she had her hair tied back in a ponytail. She smiles up at Gia standing beside the bed. The nurse had recently just taken her twins away to be washed and dressed and Cassie was enjoying the few seconds of calm among the very crazy and manic day that she had had so far.
She looked up again at Gia and smiled at her. "Gia. I want to say thank you so much. I never could have do e this without you. You've been so amazing. You're the best friend a girl coukd have. I mean that. Thank you so much. This was the nicest thing anyone ever did for me."
She nods her head. "come here and give Cassie a hug." She chuckles.

Cassie smiles and gives Gia a light hug, not wanting to put too much strain on her stomach. She then smiles and sits back, taking a sip of water. "I know. You're kind and considerate. I love that. You know I was sad when we were coming here without....him. but now, I realised that if he doesn't want us then we dont need him. I mean I'm gonna go through the hardest time of my life with three babies to bring up, but its better they grow up with just a mama who loves them rather than a daddy who is always absent." She smiles.
"Did you see their tiny little hands and feet GI GI? Did you see their little faces? I miss them already. They're so perfect and gorgeous." She smiles as she rubs her now flattened and empty abdomen. "I don't think I've ever feltsuch relief though. For real. II've never been in so much pain as I was last night. I thought I was going to die or something." She takes another sip of water and eats a grape.

Cassie looks sad for a little second as she thinks over the whole Jason. "I...the thing that upsets me the most Gia, is that he won't ever even give an indication that he feels that way. He just goes with no warning. I wish I knew why he stood feeling that way about me though." She shrugs again. "Do you think I should just forget about him this time? I mean he has three kids and a stepdaughter now and he doesn't care about any of them at all." She sighs.
"Yeah I came to see you then because I love you and you're my friend and I was worried. You're a great friend. I'd do anything for you you know?"
Cassie smiles at her. "I can't wait to watch all my kids grow up. Who even knew that after all my bitching that my calling in life would be to be a mommy huh? I just love it. You know what I mean?"
"I got a good womb GiGi. It seems to make some beautiful and wonderful babies." She laughs. "I hope that woman brings them back soon. You wanna hold one?"

Cassie nods a little. "I guess it could be that yeah. But even if it is, it means that he preferred being off his meds to being with me." She sighs. "Hes a real idiot Gia. A real idiot." She thinks and then shakes her head again slowly. "I think I need to just say that its over. I need to take the chance to move on and draw a line under it. My babies don't need a guy that comes and goes like Jason does all the time. I'm sure he doesn't care about them too much anyway. Or me."
Cassie smiles. "You're the only one who ever gave me a real chance to prove myself GiGi. No one else allowed me a clean slate like you did. I was a total bitch to you but you gave me a chance to be a new Cassie to you and I'll be thankful of that always."
She smiles "I hope we always live nearby to each other. That way our kids can have a chance to grow up with some friends and we can always stay in touch with each other. I hope so."
"I know what you mean. I love being a mom but I never would have thought that. You're a wonderful mother to your girls GiGi. You and your wonderful womb." She chuckles.
