Scott comes out from the bathroom attached to Gia's hospital room and sighs. He looks at her still unmoving form and comes over, sitting down. He kisses her on the forehead and holds her hand as he quietly sings to her. |

Nevaeh makes her way to the hospital after spending the night at her mothers house once again with her son Avery in Orlando, Fl. Already having much stress on her after seeing her friend Gia in the condition that she's in, Nevaeh steps out of the hospital doors and pass the corridors. She sighs once more approaching Gia's room hoping that today there would be more progress. Nevaeh prays to herself as she walks into the room. Once again, she lays her eyes on Gia. This comatose manner that her best friend is in gives Nevaeh another chill down her spine. She sees Scott in the room holding Gia's hand, she looks at him and and at that moment, all the anger she had toward Gia's husband was gone. In an instant. She walks over to to them, staring at Gia and looking down as she tries to hold tears from coming down her eyes again
"Hi Gia baby.. you know I'm here for you, it's your sis Nevaeh...I'm here again..GiGi..I love you..." She talks to Gia's unconscious body hooked up ti IV's before smiling and looking at Scott, a smile that's mixed with sadness as she puts her hand on his shoulder."Gia would totally hate it if we started arguing right now.." Scott hears the door to the room he's in open and stops singing. Expecting Layla to enter the room, he barely even looks up, so often had the pair seen each other in the past few days. He is surprised then when Nevaeh walks past him and speaks to Gia. He allows a little smile to creep onto his face as she speaks and he clears his throat. The pair had often argued in the past, but at the moment, all Scott cared about was making sure that his wife was going to get better, so all of the bad blood between he and Nevaeh was unimportant to him at the moment. He gently squeezes Gia's hand and then looks up when Nevaeh speaks to him.
Scott nods slowly, speaking softly: "Yeah...she would. She'd probably wake up and slap us both." He lets out a little quiet sad chuckle, as he looks at his wife again. |

Nevaeh smiles surprised by how friendly Scott was being. They both knew that their issues meant nothing at this moment. Nevaeh chuckles still looking at Gia as tears bundle up to her eyes. She holds back the tears.
"I really wouldn't put it past Gia.., that's totally in Gia nature"
Nevaeh laughs softly as she rubs her hands down her Gia hair..looking sympathetically at Gia.
"This is just terrible...I know she will make it through this, it's Gia. She's like.. superwoman. I know in my heart she will be fine. She'll make it through"
A quick tear falls from Nevaeh's eyes when she blinks. This is not the first time Nevaeh has cried about this situation. She looks back to Scott.
"I've got her some balloons and flowers ..they're being delivered here any minute. I think she'll like that when she gets better..." |

Scott takes Gia's hand in both of his own and rubs it gently.
"You know, I miss her so much. I know she's right here, and I've never left her side, but she's just...I just totally miss her."
He puts his head down on the side of the bed and cries silently for a few minutes, disguising his tears from Nevaeh. After a while, he lifts his head again and nods.
"Yeah, she'll like that. I left all the cards for her to open when she wakes up. It's cool how many people have sent. Shows how respected she is." |

Nevaeh just sighs, she can see how hurt Scott is.
"I think we all, as her loved ones... need to be strong. It's so hard to see her like this but we really need to stay positive for her. I know she'll make it through all of this. You're doing an amazing job by staying at her and when she wakes up she'll know who is always by her side. We just have to stay positive"
Having trouble staying positive herself. She looks at Gia, hoping that she'd make it through. Nevaeh knew in her heart that she'd make it
"She's going to see how much people care about her, we all do. Deeply."
She sighs once more
"She's made a bit of a progress, Layla told me she moved yesterday...I just want to see her open her eyes...speak again." |

Layla arrives at the hospital with her usual things; a bag of food and two cups of coffee for her and Scott. She wasn't expecting Nevaeh to be there at all. It had become her daily ritual now to visit Scott and Gia at the hospital then go back home to her fiancee and her godchildren, not to mention the work load she had at the label. |

Scott nods at Nevaeh. He takes a deep breath and manages a smile towards her. "Yeah. I guess we just have to be strong for her sake. Its hard for me not to fall into a pit of despair....I know my Gi wouldn't want me to do that though." He nods.
Scott thinks for a minute.
"Yeah she moved. They said there hasnt been a response in her brain to anything they've tried but it might come back if she's moved. They hope." He kisses her hand. "If I know my Gia though she's in there fighting for all she's worth. There's no way she would want to ever leave the kids."
He nods as if to reassure himself again. |

Layla makes her way to the room and sees the two of them talking. "Hey you guys...Nevaeh you made it." She smiles at her and lays the food and coffee on the table. She unbuttoned her coat and laid it on the back of the chair, revealing a light blue sweater dress, leggings, and blue boots. Her hair was curly and she had managed to look great during this whole ordeal. |

Nevaeh puts on a timid smile while looking at Layla and walks over to give her a hug. She sighs once more
"Yeah....this is quite the uncanny scene isn't it?"
Nevaeh smiles at Layla saying those previous words in reference to her and Scott being cordial. She then looks at Gia running her hands through Gia's hair once more
"This is just so sad... I want her to just move for me...something. Like Scott said, I know she's fighting in there..."
Once again Nevaeh looks at Gia, who lays there unconscious speaking out softly
"GiGi, we all love you babe...Nevaeh, Layla and Scott are here...and Scott and I aren't fighting...for once."
She smiles as another tear bundles by her eyes as she manages to add in a giggle after her last words
"We're here for you Gia... we love you"
