HISTORY The founder of Royalty Records is a man who needs no introduction but will happily give you one. Hayden Roberto Merjos, is a singer, songwriter, and producer. While the singer has found some moderate success, his true love is helping discover others. The idea for the label began to occupy his thoughts after being a judge on StarFactory in 2013. "I felt as though the show had become more of a circus rather than actually finding talent and one of the biggest mistakes, I believe, was not crowning Casey Johnson as the winner. So, I felt like I could do a better job at picking up talent, and here we are." The singer began to build his own company which took 4 years to actually get off the ground. The beauty of RR is there's no limit to what genre can call it home, and is also international, housing it's very own J-Pop singer in Kimi Kubo, Finnish popstar Pixie, as well as rock band, Nothing But Trouble, whom Hayden has chosen to personally manage.
