recently re-formed Chimera have revealed dates for a 6-date UK tour in January, following the release of Ashes Of Dawn: A Fire Begins

the band has recently announced being signed to Spice Records to release the special edition version of Tommorrow We Die, and 3 new albums called the 'Ashes Of Dawn' series.

the bands first show is on October 24th at 'The Real Music World Party' in Londons Electric Ballroom and 3 comeback headline gigs on November 1st - 3rd (Cardiff Solus - 1st, Bristol Anson Rooms - 2nd, Liverpool O2 Academy - 3rd)

support acts are rumord to be the best support their taking out on the road, so the show is definatly worth going to see!

the band play the following dates in 2009:

October 24th - London Electric Balroom [supporting: TBA] - 16+ SHOW
November 1st - Cardiff Solus
November 2nd - Bristol Anson Rooms
November 3rd - Liverpool O2 Academy
December 11/12/13 (tbc) - SnowStorm Festival 09

Oli (Bass, Voclas) says this is the most exiting thing to happen in the last 12 months! and he can't wait to get on this tour, and the band reforming..
'I've been itching to tell everyone I know we're back, but for the last month or so I wasn't able to, so this is amazing to be able to say, we're back, and to prove we're REALLY coming back, heres a bunch of gigs you can go to! hopefully you're all as hyped as we are!

17th - Nottingham Rock City
18th - Cardiff Solus
19th - London ULU
20th - HMV Picture House Edinburgh
21st - Portsmouth Pyramids Centre

thanks alot, we're buzzin (or..excited in other words) about this tour, touring again as the 5-piece that was Smash Up, but we're Chimera now, and the new sound is gonna be something insane!
