Hey guys,
We are very sadden to announce that Ryan Ross Hernandez will not be joining us for the rest of our UK/Europe 2 More Miracles To Be A Saint Tour. First of all, we want to say we are so sorry for letting anyone that wanted to meet and/or see Ryan live. He feels terrible about it and really didn't expect for this to happen. It probably doesn't sound like much but he just hates that he won't get to play these show for those of you who had hoped to see the full PANIC! lineup.
There are a lot of internal issues that have been going on with Ryan for quite a while now. A lot of it started right around the time we had completed production on our upcoming record. He was able to fight through all of it for this long but unfortunately he wasn't able to keep it together long enough to make it through 'til the end of this tour. He really feels that taking this time is going to give us a chance to get away and work out his personal issues at home and on his own terms. He just wasn't willing to risk the life of our band over one tour. That probably sounds terrible right now, to say that finishing a week of shows wasn't worth it... but if he can use this next week or so wisely then he and us as a band will be a lot healthier for the tours ahead. We hope that - even though it might be hard to understand - that you guys can support him at this time.
Maybe one day we will tell the whole story but for now, just know that all five of us are going to work so hard to help him out and not let him screw up the rest of his career. Although the media might portray Ryan as a bad person he really isn't and we know that we don't have to tell you guys that because all of you that have had the chance to meet him know he is a great man. He loves you guys so much. If you could pray for him or just keep him in your thoughts it would be really helpful. You guys have gotten us so far and been the best motivators since day. All we can ask for is that you guys and the media respect his privacy through this tough time he is going through.
