In terms of genres; the song consists of a combination of minimal pop, R&B, and EDM undertones. The song was written and produced by Fangz and Daniel The Freenerd at his home recording studio in Orlando, Florida. Vanity also penned her own verse for the track upon receiving the demo version of the song. XXX's shared verse with Fangz includes his signature deep-voice as an added key element to the song. While the song's production is layered with dropping beats in certain sections the song's overall production is designed to feel relaxed and moody. A homage to Fangz style as a vocalist. "When Daniel and I sat down to write and produce this song we didn't really want to intend for it to be so dramatic sounding. Our goal was really to drown out the noise as much as possible but create something that really touches people when they listen to it. It's a beautiful song about romance and its goal is just to make you feel like you're lost in a dream of some sort. Vanity also adds an extra layer to this song that the solo version didn't have. I'm really appreciative of her even considering to be on this track. Her contribution to this song is something I will never take for granted. XXX also does his signature deep voice effect which gives it the toughness I wanted as well. Overall; this is my way of introducing myself to the world. Nothing I make will ever be ordinary." - Fangz "As a producer my goal this year has been to show my versatility with music. I have been studying music and dance music in a way I haven't in the past. I'm really trying to tie in the emotional piece that is often left out in pop music and combine that with a record like this. What's great about this record is that I can assure you nothing out there sounds like it. We want people to feel different when they hear it. This year has been really groundbreaking for pop music and I love what Fangz brings forward with this record. Hopefully, others will enjoy just as much we enjoyed creating it"- Daniel The Freenerd Production-wise the song doesn't follow a particular standard flow that most pop songs contain. The song begins with a dramatic violin sounding section; with an almost acapella styled vocal arrangement. This style is then followed by a choir styled section from Fangz. The song then shifts to a contemporary R&B style production; which leads to a rap that features both Fangz and XXX sharing a verse. Vanity then joins as she's introduced as the third vocalist on the track; as she sings her verse the song grows more dramatic in its production. As her verse finishes Fangz's vocals grow stronger and passionate than before which leads to the shared verse between her and Vanity. Vanity's vocals are powerful and filled with attitude. As the song comes close to an end; Fangz's vocals go back to a soft moody style. Just when you think the song is about to finish; one last verse from Fangz which is rap-sung in a hyperactive tone the song closes out with its battleship radar sound. FANGZ PRINCE CHARMING feat. It embodies exactly what a collaboration should be. You have 2 fairly new artists being able to work together and dominate in their own right but then to introduce a legend such as Vanity into the mix and still be able to keep that cohesiveness and really making it seem like a collaborative effort, it just checks all of my boxes.
