After a half decade of silence Baltimore, MD rapper, Isaac Lovelock, returns with a new single, “DiBiasie”. The single offers a glance into his latest projects: one logistical and the other artistic. “DiBiasie'' is being used as the launch of his new label/creative collective: BLK MAGIC, which seeks to platform and develop black artists across the United States in under-served communities, similar to Baltimore where Lovelock hails from. “DiBiasie” is both a comeback single and an introduction to the first true signing of this new label, Mona.

“DiBiasie” evokes pitched horn to give the vibe of a victory theme, but with a dark undertone. Memphis-based producer, Sorcerer crafts a picturesque vision of a black celebration, both in terms of who is celebrating as well as the general tone of the celebration overall. “I had to go wild on this one” said Lovelock, “too many niggas call themselves rappers these days without bars or any type of heat. I ain’t having no more of that, all that shit is done. I’m here, shit’s done. Tell some of these wack niggas to pack that shit up.”

“It’s really difficult to make it as an artist and I personally couldn’t handle it initially, which is why I kinda dipped out when I did. But it’s a different decade and I feel healthier. I've done a bit more in the world now, spent some time working outside of art and I think that this is my calling so I’m gonna give it another shot. All that said, I also have a little bit of buzz around my name, so it’s only right that I try to help out some of the people I’ve seen in the communities I’ve been to, that I think really didn’t get a fair shot. Mona is one of those people, she’s from Baltimore too and there’s not many opportunities for artists like us to stand out.”
