Since then I got the biz in a craze
Skits, videos, features, getting paid
looking back on it now it was a haze
getting signed to a label, first push
my first album had people on their tush
small table, that grows and is capable
contrived to put others as the best alive
Kill noised, stake my claim over the rest
with a mixtape calling myself the best
no hooks just bars, Game was locked up
nowhere to run or turn, easy spot up
Man it was crazy, really just a prequel
Years later same place to find its equal
but after the mixtape, came the handbook
also me at a crossroads,
looking at the route I took
Stay with the status quo, nothing change
or do my own thing and rearrange
If it's up to me I'll bet on myself
and if I crash and burn I could ask for help
It was a chance but god was rolling with me

I don't think people really knew about the struggle

Something that contained my pride
Sides came out, that was all of me
