 The Bards have announced their 18th studio album. SGT HEARTLESS & THE LOST HEARTS BAND. 'This will be a an awesome surreal rock album that will have some kick ass songs on it. We aim for this album to be our grand finale. Our imprint on the music industry."
The album will have some Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and Rush influences. But it will also leans towards some newer sounds. "We wanted to have a broad but "Bards" sounding album. We have explored a lot of different sounds in our albums. So we decided to take bits and pieces of those albums, like Neptune's Nemesis, and mix it with our fantasy sound like Magic Machine. In the end the result has turned out great. We have tapped into a beautiful mix of genres and sounds. On one track we have a really intense, surreal, Pink Floyd sound, and then the drums kick start and we get thrown into something that sounds like Avenge Sevenfold or something. It's a really neat process that we hope our fans will love."

SGT. Heartless ON HOLD
Hello fans of The Bards!
I would like to say that I am very sorry but Sgt. Heartless & The Lost Hearts Band album, will be put on hold for an indefinite period of time. Recently we have been asked to collaborate with a fantastic young artist, and we have decided as a group, that 18th album must be approached with caution. Due to some issues with on the tech side, we lost 3 songs. Tragic is the word that we used because it is very hard to recapture that moment you create with a certain song.
What I am happy to announce is that we will be embarking on the 2nd leg of our WORLD TOUR soon! So keep an eye out for any updates cause we will be storming the stage! |
