
Rapper Rel fired his management company and booking agency for promising him in several cities throughout the country while he was already on his current tour. Those shows which resulted in lawsuits for failing to return thousands of dollars in advanced payments. So the rapper decided to launched his own record label: “Yung Rich Music Group or YRMG .”
YRMG is linked with the promotional team, Florence Management. The roster consists of rap artist Monte Carlo and R&B singer L'Jai. Rapper Rel recently met both artist in their hometowns while he was on tour.

Last year the young rapper built quite a buzz after recording an sucessful string of mixtapes. One day he called his cousin in Houston, R&B singer L'Jai , just to talk. Their conversation went from his life to how they would make it together, and three weeks later L'Jai went on to sign with rapper Rel. L'Jai remember that talk that he and his cousin had and gave Rel an copy of Monte's mixtape. Rel liked the material so much that he signed Monte Carlos to his his new imprint YRMG . He soon put in the studio to do some guest shots for Rel's debut album before joining Rel on tour.

L'Jai was discovered byrapper Rel after he snuck backstage at one of his concerts. He was given the chance to audition by the rapper's manager. He was introduced to Rel and sung for him.Before he was offered a record deal he went to the studio with Rel began working. He loved what he heard and was impressed that the young singer could write incredible songs. Rel signed him right there in the studio making him the first artist signed to YRMG.
