The singer spoke about how the song came about

1. How did you come up with the song, “She was Fierce”?
Trell: I was working late one night in the studio when I got a call from my cousin,Monte Carlos. He was working in the studio around the corner and wanted to me to come and listen to some tracks. I walked in and the first thing he does is play the track. I feel in love with the beat immediately. Then he told me that the producer he bought the beat from orginally made it for Stephanie Fierce. I'm a fan just because what she has done for the genre. So I began writing lyrics but she was in the back of my mind..I guess you can say she inspired it.

The way Stephanie Fierce was involved in the recording, mixing process was immense. Many producers don't realize that sending "Beats" is basically pointless, the vision is never sent, but created. Stephanie Fierce had the ability to picture how a song would sound and she basically directed the sound. That was her gift as a musician/artist. Many artists share that same talent and don't need someone to send beats over. However on a good light, it was very thoughtful of you to do what you did and we hope you get to meet your mother one day. Keep working hard and the goal is to stay humble and meet and surpass expectations. Expand your knowledge about music as you grow and give it your absolute all. Good luck and we appreciate the song. - Jennifer (Hot Eye Records Representative)

Trell: Thank you for the advice. I plan on staying down-to-earth and won't get big head.
