Daniel Controls Puppet on Ellen….. [Preview]  Jerry Etherson and his dummy Willie......
While performing, Daniel is seen with a dummie/puppet, inspired by the “Twilight Zone”. Award winning experimental musical act Daniel stopped by the Ellen Show for Monday’s taping. And can we he rocked it? Most definitely! After a very interesting performance, Daniel brought his special guest to the couch! Let’s just put it like this…….she’s the finest piece of wood, check this out……….
Ellen: So, you mind introducing us to……
Daniel: (holding puppet) Oh, sorry that’s very rude of me guys. Her name is Britney. Say hi….Britney.
Britney (dummy/puppet): Hi Britney! (Audience laughs)
Daniel: (whispering) She isn’t that bright……
Ellen: (pretending to be in sight of relief) Oh ok.
(Ellen laughs)
What I want to know is, what inspired you to bring out Britney in your performance earlier?
Daniel: I was actually inspired by that very old famous creepy Twilight Zone episode called "the Dummy". I thought that it would be cool if I could do a performance using my dummy. It’s a bit hard, but it’s just a way to make my performances a bit more challenging and interesting.
Britney (dummy/puppet): I love it when he controls me, he he he
Ellen: Ok.....she's creepy!
(Britney dummy looks into Ellen)
And…… cute at the same time!
Daniel: Don’t get Britney angry Ellen….
The episode airs this Monday on NMC Networks. The Ellen Degenres generates 2.7 Million viewers in the US on an average and is aired on other countries like the UK.
