Work It [2:54]

Lyrics:

Work It

Harder

Work It

Better

Fuck It

Harder

It Gets

Better

Description:
A soft tapping noise opens the EP, which then progressively gets louder and harder until it becomes obvious that it is the drum beat. After about 30 seconds of just tapping a vibrating bass line begins and rises, then the electronically altered voice of Lucifer starts to speak the words to the track.

Between each line there is a 10 second break before the next one is spoken. After the last line of the song, Buzz & Hype drop the bass and show off their production skills with a minute long dubstep break down.

El Salvador [3:29]

Lyrics:

[No Lyrics]

Description:

An electric violin plays, merging with an exotic sounding set of instruments ranging from xylophones, tubular bells, harmonicas, and flutes. The whole tune is very upbeat and not very reminiscent of much of Buzz & Hype’s previous works, bringing a very Caribbean tone.

After a minute of exotic music, the bass creeps in, and within a few seconds the song switches to a more traditional dubstep track, with a fast guitar driven focus point. The track drops into a deep, dirty dubstep, vibe, almost doing a full 180 degree turn from the beginning of the track.

Kill My Logic, Kill My Mind (Freestyle Session ft. Kidd Amaze & Matt Young) [5:12]

Kidd Amaze, Matt Young

Lyrics:
This the old me
Rapping with hard stories
Of being so hungry
Ate everything without getting weight
Without the fatigue
Without the prestige
They assume I will have my head down
Waiting for the pedigree
But you know what they say
Assuming makes an ass out of yourself
Notice how people that came in contact
Soon put their work on the shelf
Why? Maybe because they knew about the comparison
Me and Matt we were equivalent
So I brought to the table good lyrics
Then no doubt your fave was my antithesis
And I was shock at the sheer insolence

Hey, yo, watch me, watch me,
Man takes a step in the right direction
Climbing the ladder, they call it ascension,
I’m like Luke, a Sky walker, can’t knock me down,
Fuck with my boys, believe me you’ll drown,
You don’t understand what I have been through,
To get where I am, you don’t have a clue,
With my brother here Kidd, although these days he’s my Mann,
We don’t give a shit, it’s all part of the plan,
For global domination, and ultimate control,
Of the creativity and music that comes from the soul,
Believe me here brother, I can’t ever live on the dole,
Watch me take over, take a fucking seat,
If you get in my way, your bars I’ll defeat,
I ain’t fussed about the challenge, it’s easy for me,
I know nobody but Kidd that’s even close to matching me,
Me, Me, it’s all about me,
I’m number one brother, look back at the charts and you’ll see,
Records are made to be broken, hold on fam you’ll see,

Whoa, let’s rewind and take it back
I am a MC scholar so you know I'm a class act
But some of these rappers mentally lack
So let me show you precisely where I'm at
Me and Matt have similarity aplenty
So much so our differences isn't many
So far and between that we could be consider equal
Beside the skin color and place birth, almost the same
People, you don't get it it crazy we are like
Doppelganger with slick flows and heavy hip hop bangers
So now you see the danger, they can't compare to greatness
The top run the spot while accounting for others lateness
Just imagine what the world would be like with no MJ
Man that guy was the one to lead the way
For your Kobe’s or Curry or James of the world
Imagine instead that Jordan was born a girl
Talking the WNBA, first started wouldn't be so gray
Best female player will have a different say
So my point is this with me out someone will step in
But would they have been as good lyrically in the den
I never saw it, I don't think I ever will
Of a person that has a drive and more skill
But I soon await the day ‘cause I know it will come
Somewhere in a small circle a kid is getting drummed
By another little boy or girl who has talent and kills
They don't even know that they can go and pay bills
Just off the words that say
And I'm going to find them one day
Because I haven't found someone that is better than me
Saying that, in this industry gets some enemies
Problem is with what they have come short like mini me
Get mad have ghost writer coming up to try and diss
But see, they just don't have the chops that can handle
They looks at tabloids and scandals but they just ramble
On and on, about things they don't know, that ignorance
And what you have is typical rap now, incoherent
I try to help when I came, I try to teach
But it's hard when you have fakes out here trying to preach
They look the part so they have a better reach
Still why you trying to leach,
It's cool I help the battle rapping scene
But it seems that these rappers don't know what I mean

Straight out the Asylum,
Born straight out of blood, sweat and fire and-
The desire to reach higher
And grow into the sky and-
Break through the stars and the clouds up above us,
So much hate from the people that we trust,
Trying to push us down so we lose faith,
So we lose the will to save face,
Fuck all the haters, you are all a disgrace,
I didn’t need to be an A+ student to be intelligent,
All of you haters are just so irrelevant,
I’m from a place where love and hate are equal in status,
Me and Kidd are partners in crime, that’s why you all hate us,
I’m deranged, I’m a mess, all I know is I’m the best,
Every day is just another test,
I don’t give a fuck about who you are,
Fuck with me and you’ll get a scar,
Call me ignorant,
Call me arrogant,
Before the end of this you’ll be irrelevant,
I’m benevolent not malevolent,
Carry on like this you’ll feel delicate,
Desolate, and desperate,
Everything you do will be your detriment,
Excellent, you’re getting it,
Your downfall from now is evident,
I’m eminent, while you’re hesitant to improve your stance –
The gains are negligent, sediment,
It’s evident that the evidence says you’re decadent,
You might as well be fucking celibate,
I’ll take a bow now, this was a testament,
I’ll let you live on, that’s my settlement

My opposite isn't around
I'm guessing he left town
They looking but there isn't a body found
Tyron, you don't know him like I do
That was the one people hope would push through
And I couldn't get to, he was "Better than me,"
I told myself that it will never be
But that was the mentality
Hood response to more hood
Long as it is gang, sex, drug, we're all good.
Now fast forward now that I broke it down
And told everyone what I'm putting down
I equal to a rapper that broke walls
While others couldn't come close before the stall
Brought something new and innovative
Something never seen that was creative
And what happen, people saw it and back up
When to the backboard with their chalk up
For new plans cause they didn't understand
How a kid can body a grown man
And the balls to say the man wasn't trying
If I said I was cool with that I'm lying
Like comparing car to feet
Just those get you places but one is for street
And doesn't matter what you feet will be in defeat
Left in the street, and if it gets in the way
It will be useless meat.
This is what I think some of time
And now no one is going to beat me
Lyrics of an ill mind

ONE TAKE!

Description:
Sirens crash and a heavy hip hop beat starts, voices can be heard readying themselves in the background, not quite audible enough to her what they're saying however. Then Buzz can be heard saying "Go" as a large smashing sound is played. As soon as the smash finishes, Kidd starts to spit his verse.

Throughout the verse, voices can be heard whooping at different lines as they show appreciation for Kidd Amaze's lyrics. As he nears the end of his first verse, a longer siren sound is played and then a loud thud as he says his last rhyme. The music cuts for a second and makes a scratching sound associated with rewinding a track. Then it's played again as Matt Young steps up to his microphone.

Matt spits his verse and gets very similar reactions to that of Kidd, with various noises being played - including a squealing animal of some sort - over his bars. As the verse comes to a close, Buzz & Hype start to mix in a different track to change the tempo for the two rappers.

As Kidd starts his verse the music cuts for him to say "Woah" and then crashes back in, now more obviously changed to a faster paced more drum and bass style track. His style of rapping has also adjusted to the new beat, so he has increased the pace slightly. The verse is a lot longer, and you can hear Matt in the back ground, hyping and getting ready to cut straight back in as soon as Kidd does finish.

The second Kidd's verse does cut to a close, Matt jumps straight in, to which Buzz & Hype play another siren sound. Matt's vocals are jumpier and he speeds up and slows down several times over the course of the actual verse, mixing it up for the listeners.

Matt's verse is significantly longer than his last one, and very much like during Kidd's verse, Kidd can actually be heard in the background ready to drop another verse. Matt's verse finishes and then Hype can be heard scratching the tune again readying for Kidd to drop another verse.

Kidd Amaze jumps straight back in and spits one last verse, in the back ground the three of the other people involved in the track can be heard whooping and laughing as Kidd finishes off. The track cuts off and everyone can be heard clapping and Matt yells "ONE TAKE!"

Game (ft. Kato) [3:55]

Lyrics:

Oo-oo-Oo-oo-Oo
Oo-oo-Oo-oo-Oo

I don't want your money,
I don't need your fame,
I just want you, honey,
Please don't play the game,

Oo-oo-Oo-oo-Oo
Oo-oo-Oo-oo-Oo

I don't need donations,
I'm just tryn'a stay sane,
Don't leave me on probation,
Just come back home again

Oo-oo-Oo-oo-Oo
Oo-oo-Oo-oo-Oo

I can't breathe without you,
I can't take the pain,
My heart beats slow, one-two
I can't get you out my brain

Oo-oo-Oo-oo-Oo
Oo-oo-Oo-oo-Oo

Description:

A fast beat starts to play with a high pitched melody over the top, merging with a soft bass. After a short introductory sequence, Kato can be hard doing the Oo’s in an electronic altered high pitch voice. At that point the beat kicks in a little faster.

As he sings the verse his voice reverts to his normal style, smooth and intimate. Kato’s voice oozes sex appeal. The song continues in much the same fashion until the final set of Oo’s, where the music cuts out and he continues going until it all fades out.
