KV About as good as it could get I suppose.

KV Disappointed? No, disappointment is not the right word...
You know, an event takes a lot of work and organising and a lot of people of course. What would we be without our crew and all the volunteers. But somehow nobody puts a lot time in the opening act. You always start playing in front of an empty field, room in our case this time, and that's also always the moment the sound guy shows up. They never give you sound heck in advance.
But that's ok, we come from Hardcore. We can take it. So no, disappointment is not the right word. You can't be disappointed if this is what you were expecting to get in the first place.

KV I'm more disappointed that we played too fast. The three of us, me, Ruben (Timmermans guitar) and Jochem (Broeck drums) we're really nervous and it got the best of Jochem.
You have to understand that our album isn't out yet, so nobody's heard out music properly yet.

Yes of course, the upcoming debut album of Could Care Less. The three of you created quite a buzz when you got signed at The Art Department. What can you tell me about it so far?
KV Yes, the album that we almost played in it's entirety. It will be called Alma de Jesaja.

Alma de Jesaja? That sounds... ...special.
KV It has a very special meaning for me. This album is very much what I am about and what I stand for as person in this world. It'll be released the 30th of July.

KV Christophe Deckers is a dictator and a liar. He censured me and made me change my lyrics. It was horrible. He actually threatened me, told me I wouldn't have a career if I didn't listen to him.
I just don't understand, that was not what he promised us. Sure, the album 'sounds' great but it just isn't 'me' anymore.
I wish I never signed my band to the label of that man!

The Art Department has just released the following statement.

It is with deep regret that we have to announce that the release of Alma de Jesaja by Could Care Less has been postponed indefinitely.
We have terminated the collaboration and, as is traditional with every contract we have ever offered to artists that have recorded with us, have handed the master tapes over to miss Verhelst.
We wish her and the other members of Could Care Less all the succes in the future.
