The Empire, a brand new Garage Rock Revival band, is ready to take on the world. Getting help from the Clear Vision frontman Blaine Johnson, the band are looking forward to gaining attention from the world. The band have released one single "I'm Scared", and are preparing to release their debut album sometime soon.

A little bit about the members. Frontman Jimmy Matthews was the original lead guitarist for Clear Vision, but left, due to some musical differences, but still kept in contact with Blaine Johnson. Matthews formed The Empire, with drummer Timothy Stewart, and later got bassist Mark Bleaurfond. Thus, the band were simply waiting for something to help them get some media attention. And what would you know? Clear Vision were beginning to get fame, and so who do you think Matthews would ask for help? Of course, Blaine Johnson of Clear Vision, one of his buddies. And now, The Empire are planning to tour with Clear Vision on their Universal Tour in support of Clear Vision's sophomore record, In a Beautiful World, and maybe someday, Clear Vision would support The Empire on a tour. Of course, that probably won't happen, but perhaps a co-headlining tour. Anyway, here is the new beginning of the alternative rock band The Empire!
