OOC: I only realized now that if ever I continue roleplaying my story Uno, it would take me at least six months to finish not like the plan I made for it to be done on October. So instead of roleplaying the story, I intend to summarize it for everyone else to understand.

The Beginning in Manchester
Nico Mascenon is a young and aspiring musician who joins the band Noise Police as the temporary keyboardist of the band. After a fight with the band's guitarist Kirk Lee and bassist Robert Richards, who eventually leave the band, Nico auditions for the part of guitarist while founders of the band Howard Morton(the band's vocalist) is forced to play bass and drummer Liam Porter retains his position. The band joins a local battle of the bands competition but loses considering the adaptation the band had to go through with a new member and the loss of two. Luckily while practicing for the said battle of the bands, they meet Orlando Knight, a rich kid who's father owns a local recording studio. After crashing in and playing for his party, Orlando invites the three to check out his father's recording studio. The band start playing some stuff and they catch the attention of Orlando's father Sean. Sean offers the band to record their demos in the studio for a discounted price. Three years go by as the band start to develop their musical talent. They have recorded five demos which received good criticisms from their peers. Just when everything was going well, the band suffers a great loss after Howard's family has decided to migrate to France and when Nico moves to London for college.

The New Bassist
After studying in London for six months, Nico decides to spend Christmas back in Manchester. There he reunites with Liam who starts to reminisce of their band's great times. He said he left his new band because it just wasn't as cool as Noise Police, Nico then suggests to Liam that they should just look for a new bassist which Liam agrees to. During Christmas eve, Nico attends a Christmas party where the main band was dubbed as the next great band from Manchester. Nico was not impressed by the band as a whole, the drumming was not keeping perfect timing, the guitarists had messy effects, and the vocalist tried to sing like Liam Gallagher. The one thing that Nico said was good was the bassist. Nico tries to talk to the bassist, George Mills, but sees that he was actually a quiet man. After a whole night of attempting to get to know George, Nico succeeds and invites him into the band. George's old band disagrees and challenges Nico into a battle where whoever wins would take George. Nico and Liam win after playing Smells Like Teen Spirit with a bass track to accompany them.

The Drugs Don't Work
The band now composed of Nico Mascenon(17), George Mills(17), and Liam Porter(18) started playing "proper" gigs. They made a name for themselves for being such wild kids who often liked to smash some stuff in bars or maybe start fights with local costumers so later on they named their band Wilder. They left college and moved to London for better opportunities. While living in a flat with a drug pusher named Jam, all the band members started to depend on heroin for better live performances. They started to get into frequent arguments which resulted to George temporarily leaving the band and moving to another flat to avoid further use of the drugs. Liam, being the eldest member of the group, felt guilty and started to withdraw from the drug whilst Nico got even worse. Liam left the drug den and stayed with George while Nico started to take in even more drugs. One night, Nico heard a bang on the door and realized soon enough that cops were raiding the flat. Luckily Nico was quick and locked his door, packed up some stuff and escaped through the window, barely leaving the place alive. Alone, homeless. and penniless, Nico decided to stop taking heroin and had an epiphany. He went to George and Liam's flat to apologize Liam and George forgave him and let him into their flat.

A New Dawn, A New Life
The former junkies started to live better and drug free lives. Nico started to work in a music store to earn some money while George and Liam became bartenders. As they started to get better, Nico reformed the band and they started to play gigs once again. One day in London while playing a gig, they were spotted by Orlando Knight, the kid who gave them their break back in Manchester. Orlando was impressed by the band and he contacted his father, Sean, to meet up with the band. Sean met up with the boys and seeing their potential, agreed to manage the band. They started to play gigs out of the UK and into other European countries. They suddenly bump in to Howard once again while roaming the streets of Paris. Howard was studying directing and has completely quit music. The band then leave Paris to continue touring.

To Be Continued

OOC: Awesome job so far, man! The amount of detail you've put into their histories is incredible, I love it. I'm looking forward to see what else you'll write about this band!
Kid Anything- Indie/Britpop/Shoegaze; influenced by Sigur Ros, XXYYXX, Kanye West, Blur, Oasis

(Bringing together an eclectic group of influences, Ulysses' songs are sung with carefree abandon by Nick Junk)

Kurt Ulysses - Songwriter, Guitarist, Backup Vocalist
Nick Junk - Vocals, Mojo

Infinite- Alternative/Experimental Rock; influenced by Muse, Radiohead, and The Beatles

(Known best for their experimental music and their frontman's eccentric behavior, the band disbanded after Eric Quillington's death to pursue solo careers or, in Matt Robert's case, peace of mind. Infinite released four albums over the course of their career; Blue Nebula, Midnight Skies, Insomnia, and Dancing about Architecture.)

Eric Quillington (Deceased) - Lead Vocals, Lead Guitar, Piano, Primary Lyricist
Matt Roberts - Bass
Greg Oldson - Drums, Backup Vocals, Secondary Lyricist
Amelia Florentine - Keyboards, Piano, Lyricist, Backup Vocals

"When asked 'how do you write?' I invariably answer, 'one word at a time', and this answer is invariably dismissed. But that's all it is. It sounds too simple to be true, but consider the Great Wall of China, if you will: one stone at a time, man. That's all. One stone at a time. But I've read you can see that motherfucker from space without a telescope."
