From a press release:

Rock band Axiom have let it known to the world that they are not signed to a record label as their new album nears release. The album, which is now known to feature production work from Jason Smith of Mind and Eric Quillington of Infinite on two separate tracks, is set to be released as a digital download only on November 2.

"While we can handle the release ourselves, there are several benefits to having a label," said Tim Dunn.

Mike Peck made it clear the band had already contacted some labels and entertained a few offers but is looking for something very specific.

"We need something both long term and flexible," said Peck. "We want to get this taken care of for the foreseeable future but we also want flexibility in both content and release windows. We don't want pressure to release albums or release certain songs over others."

The band has not said which labels they are speaking with.
