Kiss: Hey boys and girls today here in the studio we have 16 year old Ian Hanson from the acoustic group Two Equals Three. Hows it hanging Ian?
Ian: Its good man thanks for asking.
Kiss: Are you ready for some of the questions I have for you?
Ian: Always ready.
Kiss: Ok well Ill ask you a few questions then we will open up the phone lines. So first off where is Maddie today?
Ian: She is at the hospital with her brother Matt out in Minnesota or some state I cant remember but she is there with her parents.
Kiss: Do you know how he is doing?
Ian: Ya I talked to her yesterday. He is doing fairly well he is just high from all the morphine but he should be fine.
Kiss: Now I'm sure some of the girls are wondering. Do you have a girlfriend?
Ian: No right now I do not. I haven't really had the time to really think of a girlfriend.
Kiss: How were the shows last month with Stacy Walton?
Ian: It was fun. Not many people know of us yet and not many people where into our music because your there to see Stacy who is a punk rock chick and then there was us with our slow acoustic music. But then there were the fans that loved our music and they made it really fun. They were pretty fun I must say.
Kiss: Right now we are going to take a short break and when we come back Ian Hanson will answer you questions so make sure you call in to get your questions answered. Right now we are going to play Ian's song "Disc 102.9" enjoy!
Song plays and the broadcaster comes back onKiss: And we are back with Ian Hanson from the acoustic band Two Equals Three. We are opening up the phone lines now Christie from Los Angeles your on the air!
Christie: O my god! Ian I love you!
Ian: Thanks I love you too.
Christie: I was wondering when will Two Equals Three be touring in the U.S?
Ian: Right now we are scheduled to play Warped Tour which is like a tour festival type thing but other then that im not sure. I know Maddie wants to play some local shows but right now Warped Tour is the only thing we have going on right now.
Kiss: Marrissa from Seattle you are on with Ian Hanson
Marrissa: Yay! The question I have for you is. What is it like being so young and all ready having a record deal and being able to play shows?
Ian: I always get asked this. You know its really quite something. Since I first picked up a guitar when I was six I always dreamed of becoming famous and being able to tour and release albums. But at the same time it sucks because of the fact your so young not many people take you seriously. I almost feel like a Justin Queiber but not gay.
Kiss: After this question we are going to take a short break. Andrew from Colorado your on the air.
Andrew: Ummm. How is it having your brother Trevor in the industry as well as yourself?
Ian: It kicks ass bro. My brother Trevor is in a rock band right now for those of you who don't know he is the bassist in Less Than Infinity. But its cool you know. We both are going to be on Warped Tour and hopefully be able to tour again. But ya its cool
Kiss: Alright we are going to take another short break when we come back we will take more questions from the fans and Ian will play his song "Ice Age, Heat Wave."
The radio goes to commercials and then the announcer goes back on airKiss: Alright we are back here live with Ian Hanson from Two Equals Three and he is answering questions from you! Next on the air is Andrea from San Francisco
Andrea: When is your self titled EP going to be out?
Ian: Right now we are looking at possibly October 28Th!
Kiss: Pete from Los Angeles your on the air and your the last question of the day!
Pete: What are some artists and bands you are into right now?
Ian: Right now im listening to alot of Michelle Green, Stacy Walton, Mind, The Verdict Is Vengeance, some Reckoner RIP, and some of that Infinite
Kiss: Alright well right now Ian is going to play his song Ice Age Heat Wave. You ready Ian?
Ian: Ya I am
Ian sits down on a chair picks up his guitar and begins playing the song. The song is a nice relaxing tune with good old acoustic nessKiss: Thank you for your time Ian enjoy the rest of your day!
Ian: You to brother!
