The First Band of Tom 'Helldog' Wheels, is coming back with the Re-Release of "Letters Of Madmen" their debut album. The Band Hit a positive success with this Album in the 80s. The Band was starting to be one of the Most Successfull Underground Heavy Metal Bands in the UK & Europe. They are Recording all the Album another time with 2 new Tracks. The Made a Rock Hit with "Saints Of Steel", wich was a Single that Peaked #24 in the British Charts.
