Stephanie Fierce was on her way to take Helle on her first doctor appointment. So many photographers swarmed around the hospital that Steph had to wait hours before she could even exit the area. After the number of paparazzi swarming around grew less, Stephanie and her body guard finally made their way out to the car carrying "Helle" (who was covered), only to be encountered by an aggressive photographer.
According to witnesses, Fierce asked her two body guards to take cover, while she took Helle inside. The photographer made her way through the body guards, and made her way up to Steph.
"She was asking the paparazza nicely if she could get out of the way and the papparaza shoved Steph against her car. Stephanie Fierce then struck her first into the womans face and slammed her into the bush. "
"If it wasn't for her body guards holding her back afterwards. I think it would of been uglier. She's a mother protecting her child, and she did what she had to do." another witnesses says.
Steph's representative claim Fierce was traveling with her only 1 month old daughter like any other normal mother would, and Steph acted in defense against an "aggressive" photographer in order to protect her daughter. The photographer also seemed dangerous and intoxicated.
Investigations are being made. According to New York police, Junia Colon (the paparazza) was punched in the face, Tuesday morning, February 15, 2011 around 4:00pm. Further in the report, it specifies that the paparazza was left with a bruised bloody nose. Stephanie Fierce suffered no damages and will not be facing jail time as of now, since the paparazza hasn't pressed charges.
