Location: Why do you wanna know?

The camera is walking down a long hallway that is filled with amps and fans all wearing the same pass around their necks, it takes a sudden left and is at a door with a yellow laminated card on the door that reads, ACT OF GOD a man with medium length black hair, 5 o' clock shadow and casual suit steps in front of the camera and knocks, after about 10 seconds the door opens and in the backround the band members are all relaxing after the show that had just played, the camera picks up and shows Jason wearing a white tank top, short cargo pants and a towl around the back of his neck

"Come in! Come in! Jason waves to the camera and they walk in and sit down, Jason offers up a drink but it is politely declined, the interview starts...

Jason, All this success, how does it feel?
Well, the way it happened was kinda like a slope going upward, it wasn't like BOOM success ya know? We started out as something just fun
and than we started making money for playing and our songs that we had written at Connors dads studio, than we had fans, and well, you know how the rest kinda took place.
Yes, I do, so how has to tour been for you guys so far?
Amazing! We've been living our dreams to the fullest extent, I mean, It's everything Connor, Sebastian, Alex, Geo, Me ever wanted to be, I mean, its the only thing that I can really do.
Wow, amazing, so, what are your main influences?
Well, I love Mind, I mean who doesn't right? I also love Till Death Do Us Part, well, "loved" and The Bards as well, all amazing influences of my band and I, it is awesome how at 2 AM on the bus all the sudden you will hear a Mind album, or The Bards, but my favorite was when Miss Vanity was playing because somebody had switched the discs.
Nice, So whats life like on the bus?
Fun. as. Hell. I know it sounds crazy, but we smuggled this baby chocolate Labrador puppy named Scar, I'd say he's the most bad ass puppy I've ever met, except for when he craps on the bus, or takes a piss on the floor. But besides that, every night we play xbox and watch movies, real bonding stuff ya know?

Sounds like a lot of fun, do we expect to hear any new albums from you guys?
Yeah! The second we get back we are going to be working on our newest album, I can't say anything about it now, but I'll tell you what its about, Like most of our albums it tells a story, in the end all the storys are supposed to fit together beautifully into one giant, epic. This part is about a young child trying to escape a war torn country, and the songs deliver this twisted beautiful essence, thats none like we have written yet.

Very cool, so how have the live shows been going?
Amazing, we have an amazing connection with the audience that I've never felt before, we are writing songs the way we would as if we were the audience
and I think that makes them really feel what we are trying to do and what we are trying to put out there, but thats the more poetic style Sebastian stuff really
the basics of it is, we feel the crowd, the crowd feels us, and I'm very happy that I have found a band that I can help accomplish this goal with, because we all have our reasons, for Sebastian, its just to make music, for Connor, its so people can hear his effort and feelings he puts through, and to make money and be famous, but I think we all want that, Alex, to make shit loads of money, and for Geo its to express him self.

Nice, what kind of amps are the guitars playing through?
Jvm 410H Marshal stacks, and some pevy stack for Alex, I'm not great with gear.

These shows are very intense, with the sound, Pyro, Monsters etc. how do you guys balance the cost? Well, everything runs us about 60 thousand a night, which is a shit load of money, but from the income of about 200 thousand a show, minus pay for the guys working that night goes to about 160 thousand, so we make about 100k a show, not including record sales from booths and tee-shirts etc.

Wow, so are you guys involved in any charities?
Yes, we give about 10k a year to make a wish and 20k a year to Guitars for Kids, its an organization that gives guitars to kids that want to play but their familys don't have enough disposable income to afford one, and just about 2 weeks ago we heard about a kid, about 12 who has cancer and was a big fan of ours, his family was also very poor, so we paid all the medical bills and got him free tickets and back stage passes for his whole family.

Very heart warming, so, there have been a lot of negative stereotypes about metal and how it seems to be at times, fixated on the occult and religion, what are your thoughts on that?
Well, just look at Cristian metal bands, I mean they sing more about Satin really than the rest of us, and I mean, Metal would be nothing without religion, I don't understand why people hate it, I mean just look at Sabbath, fucking bad ass as shit, and they never really sung about any negative stereotypes, just about politics and war, like the lot of us. Act of God has written three songs about religion and nobody has had a problem with it.

Well, that's all, thank you for you time!
Bye man!
