The dark stage is dark and ominous, the crowd sounds like just a blur, but in a low volume, that suddenly grows the sound of a drum beat is heard, One, two,One, two, as the thuds get louder and louder and faster and faster, the crowd grows silent, but there is a small roar, than, the drums stop.
The crowd is silent again, but than a loud feed back is heard, The crowd roars at a huge, deafening volume, and a huge, powerful, dark guitar progression rings through the stadium, once more the crowd goes crazy, lights from the back of the stadium turn on and focus on Connor playing, than another light opens up over Sebastians drum set as he plays a very complicated and skillful drum pattern, after about 5 seconds of intense brutal playing fire shoots up in a ring around Alex, who joins the progression along with Geo, Than everything stops, for about 2 seconds its dead silent than all the lights go crazy and fire shoots up everywhere
around the stage as the band all together jump straight up into the air and circle head bang in complete unison, playing a brutal, heavy ass break down, than, over a huge tv screen an image of a rocket it shown
And a clock goes from 5 to 0, The crowd is going insane moshing and than in fast perfectly Sung/Growled lyrics Jason appears at the front of the cat walk on the stage.
"The world saw it as another acheivement
I saw it as another falure
I grip the launch controls
as
sweat"
Jason hold the mic out to the audience as they sing the rest of the line
"THE SWEAT POURS DOWN MY FACE!
Hell!
My lead engineer didn't show up today
Half the world wasn't watching today
Was this a mistake!?
I look at the count down clock
the time now was 8:04
We take off at 8:05
Quite frankly this is all bullshit!
What the fuck are we doing here?"
Jason, Jumps up and down and claps his hands as the audience follows in perfect unison
"The voice is in my head!
Calling out to me!!
Check this check that!
How the fuck should I know!?
The fucking challenger blew up!

I look at my buddy, and I know we're fucked!
THE SWEAT POURS DOWN MY FACE!
HELL!
My lead engineer didn't show up today

The band goes into a huge break down and Jason nods his head looking out over the crowd
"ALRIGHT! LISTEN TO ME, AND FUCKING LISTEN TO ME RIGHT FUCKING NOW!
COUNT THIS SHIT FUCKING DOWN WITH ME!
FIVE!
FOUR!
THREE!"
The whole crowd counts down slowly along with Jason screaming at the top of their lungs
"TWO!
ONE! FUCKING, FUCKING OOOONNNNEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!"
Fire and lights shoot out everywhere around the whole stage as the band goes into a huge breakdown and Connor plays an intense solo, but with
a huge amount of feeling and passion as every member of the audience feels his energy.
The song ends and the stage goes dark, than a single light opens up over Jason
"HOW WE ALL DOING TONIGHT!?"
The crowd screams
"Fuck man...You guys sound fucking dead! HOW THE FUCK WE DOING TONIGHT!?!?"
The crowd screams at the top of their lungs and the roar is almost deafening
"That's what I like to fucking hear!"
As adrenaline pumps through all of their bodys the next song Darkness forever is played nearly twice as fast
Pyro goes off everywhere and lights all shoot around the stage as the audience goes into a huge mosh,
by the end of the song Jason grabs the mic again and stands up on top of a monitor
"Alright, we're gunna try something here!
EVERYBODY PUT YOUR HAND UP IN THE AIR!"
The Crowd obediently follows
"NOW, JUMP INTO THE AIR AND YELL AT THE TOP OF YOUR FUCKING LUNGS!
GO!
GO!
GO!
GO!"
The crowd jumps up and down yelling go
"FASTER! GO FUCKING FASTER! FASTER!"
The crowd gets faster and Connor plays along with them with a very evil melodic sounding riff and Sebastian
plays his snare with the crowd as their feet smash against the floor.
"ALRIGHT! COMMON, LETS. FUCKING. GOOOOOOOOOOO!"
They then move into the song Grey with a big badass breakdown and then they
segway into the song Power to be free, where Alex shows off his true
Classical/Jazz influences to the audience with a cool, short solo
Jason walks up to the Cat walk and pulls up two girls from the audience on stage, who immediatly
take of their shirts and bras and flash the audience, Jason laughs, but soon after the girls are taken out by security
"Whew, they smelled like Jack!"
The audience laughs
Jason says lowly into the mic
"And the drink also"
Those in the audience that hear it laugh as well
We got a hell of a lot more songs to go, and we really, truly appreciate you guys! because, honestly, without you guys, we
would be absolutly nothing, god be with you, and remember, Free him from the bad.fucking. Man!"
Connor starts the song off with the slowly eerie bluesy/country picking lick...
Jason sings when the band starts the slow, low, cool sounding riff, all undistorted
"They whipped us today......
They whipped him today......
Oh, good god it hurts.......
We saw her today.....
We never see her.......
When we do....
its usually bad.....
Ohhh, they took him today.......
He was planning his escape....
Killed him by blade to the feet!"
A short eerie solo is played by Connor, and Jason continues his lyrics, by the third chorus the tempo builds up into a huge
epic sounding chorus which gives everybody in the crowd goosebumps
By the time they finished the song everybody is dead silent, but than after only 3 seconds the roar comes, which immediatly
leads into Lust and than Dark Light.
Jason looks at Connor and nods, than afterwards
he starts a huge two minute long intense, intelligent and passionate solo
which segways into the songs The Third Level of Hell and Break Free and Out
The stage goes silent and dark and Jason speaks into the mic
"Alright, thats all we got for you! good night!"
The crowd does its anticipated chant, "WE WANT MORE! WE WANT MORE!"
Not even 20 seconds pass before the band walks back out and plays two songs
The Following and Forge a new world before Jason waves off the stage and the lights in the stadium turn back on. |
