((OOC : Sorry that my writing isn't up to scratch, and that this is a bit WTF.))
Part 1 : Later With Bikki Hetestein
Bikki sat by the natural waterfall pool at Catriona Comatose's shiny new mansion in Beverly Hills, dipping her bare toes in. She was sure that she should be doing something else, but no matter what it was, it could wait until later. The fatigue which she experienced was abnormal, not the same as most would call fatigue. She didn't look tired, she didn't yawn often, she didn't even want to go to sleep; she just had an overpowering need to do nothing. "Later" had become her new favourite word - deadlines which she set herself, she kept on extending as if they didn't exist. The hours in the day seemed to disappear, 2pm often became 5pm in what seemed like seconds, as succumbing to this irrational need took up more and more time. Even the simplest tasks, such as making tea, became difficult for her; let alone finishing a whole album in a few weeks.
She wished that there was more understanding. Raven Comatose, who had been used to a problematic life, just let Bikki off - she was always one to let people have their personal problems. Mikki Moo got annoyed, but a few faked yawns, an art which Bikki had perfected, here and there managed to convince Mikki that Bikki had a sleep deprivation issue. (Anything but true, Bikki slept like a cat.) Kamikaze Kate was a different thing altogether. Such a "driven" person, Kate had never been sick or overtired in her life, outside of pregnancy. She didn't take kindly to Bikki's tiredness. She shouted and cursed that her bandmate was being lazy, or didn't want to get in the studio.
Quite the opposite. Bikki wanted to get involved more than anything at this moment, but she was just too exhausted - and heck, if she did get involved, she was so slow that she wouldn't be much use anyway. She hated seeing the world fly past her, everyone else in the industry releasing music, hard at work, while she was still working on a song that should have been released as a single weeks ago, and getting nowhere with it. She looked at her reflection in the water. "Who knows who Bikki is?" she said out loud, before drifting off into an involuntary microsleep.
An hour later, she awakened from the catnap, feeling the cold on her toes. She got her camera out and took a picture, in case they changed back to their normal colour quickly. She needed proof of these things. She would stick it in her notebook .... later.
