The music forum I joined looks fun, I got a good welcome.. Also, my rp forum is going smooth so far too... I have 5 users from the other forum I joined that registered to my forum :D Oh and, I'm using Stephanie Fierce as the name for Beyonce :D And Lady Raine for Nicki :P Thanks for the ideas!

I don't think you read what we said. We said neither of us were aware of this harassment you complained of, but you should PM a mod with a link to the offending post(s). Why not chill out & read what was said rather than jump to a conclusion? I'm not a mod so I have no ability to act on the complaints you made. ASDF is probably the mod who is most active these days. How am I trolling by going "hey, don't be such a dick to this noob who I've never seen post before"? Maybe he's fucked you all off. How am I supposed to know, I'm not psychic & I've never come on here for the roleplay stuff. |

@BrownSugar That's what I'm trying to do. I try to be friends with RoseJapanFan and she doesn't want to be... I'm trying now but no one will notice it. Do I steal lyrics anymore?? No. Do I show little effort in my RPs anymore?? No. Even in my song descriptions and more, I improved. I'm really trying and I don't want any internet rage against me :/.... I'd like to become friends with everyone on here, but most won't let go of the past.

I'm kicking myself for replying to this 7 hours later, but here's the deal.
Megastar, has broken the rules of roleplay, spammed the forums, and created multiple accounts after being banned over and over again. Apparently there was some business with an old character and who it now belonged too, I'm not familiar with that story. I don't want to be.
Now, I could continue to suspend every account that this person makes until the year 2057, but there is no doubt that another would soon be created. So, I'm not going to do anything. If a thread is made that doesn't belong or gets out of hand, boom it's locked or deleted. Other than that, I'm allowing this person to stay here, it's the easiest way to go about things.
Also, if you people have a problem with a thread or somebody on the forums, let a mod know about it. DO NOT start mini-flaming wars in the threads of this fine forum.

Right. Here we go.
As a mod, I am happy for people to PM me when they have an issue on the forum, obviously, that really goes without saying, and as the one who's on here the most I fully expect that I'll have to deal with a lot of PMs, particularly just around this issue.
However, there are a number of problems here which could be dealt with by simply ignoring the people you don't like. Megastar, I have repeatedly heard you say you want to be everyone's friend, and you are doing a lot better now. That's all well and good, but after the way you acted around here for the better part of the last 10 months, there are just some people who will not want to be your friend...no matter how hard you are trying. Such is life. Repeatedly harassing people with PMs, which I have already warned you about, is not going to help your case, so stop it. Asking me to make people be your friend was even crazier.
As asdf said, repeatedly banning this person will not work, because he just keeps coming back time and again. I must have banned him about 40 or 50 times already, and within half an hour, a new one will pop up. As I said above, if you do not want to talk to him, ignore him. Megastar, if people ignore you, then don't keep harassing them via PM, just let it go and move on. |

I think they mean the sort of unwritten rules that just come to be seen as gospel by way of "how its done." Maybe people would prefer it if these were written down though. I have no clue. |

Well, there are the rules of face claims and other things like that...and those have been broken. Whether or not they are "official rules" is kind of muddy waters. We've never really decided or talked about it.
But yea, really it's mostly unwritten laws and such. There is a gaping hole in the rulebook that we've never really worked out. Leaving it be leaves it open to interpretation which will cause arguments, trying to close it leaves us with a pretty restrictive and stagnant experience...time to choose? Cause I don't think I want too. :) |
