I love Janelle Monae! I'm a major fan of her and imo, I think she deserves much more recognition. Her voice is so beautiful, she is beautiful, and she is talented. She can sing, and fortunately, dance too!

Then I think she has had enough attention, quite frankly. People should probably not trumpet already successful artists.

She never had any success solo wise though. Her album failed to get any certification what so ever.

Wikipedia tells me one of her albums hit #17 on the Billboard charts. That sounds pretty successful.
