I've been lifting weights and jogging. Also living on water and grilled cheese sandwiches/toasties.

So far I've lost around 40 lbs. Seems to be working.

I'm considering it. I need to get rid of the married man's chub and get back to fighting weight. Erich needs to get back on the prowl for ladies.

I am a fan of being a member of sports teams. It really hits the weight.

I used to play baseball, but that was like when I was 8 years old. Bad things involving taco bell and pizza have happened since then. lol

I've always been pretty scrawny, so I'm currently undergoing a little bit of a challenge, to be able to do 100 straight pushups. I'm up to about 30, which isn't all that impressive, but I'm gaining chest and upper-arm muscles for pretty much the first time ever.

Also, very shortly I am going to be working as a ski-lift operator here in Vancouver, on Cypress Mountain, so I'll be learning to Snowboard a whole bunch, and just generally keeping much more active so hopefully I'll be in better shape generally.

And then I go and spoil it all by eating a large pizza.

I can do like 15 press ups...

I've only just started at the gym, but basically I want to lose my tummy fat without becoming skinny elsewhere? Because I'm already pretty slim my fat just basically all goes to moobs and belly. Anyone know how to sort it out ?! I know you can't just lose on a particular spot.

There's P90. Not P90X, but regular P90. I looked into that, you alternate days of cardio and strength workouts, and each workout involves doing one exercise for like, 20 seconds, then quickly moving onto the next one. Muscle confusion. Sounds like it's quite effective.

100 pushups sounds tough, but I have done a regiment a while ago where I would do 4 sets of 25 pushups, and take a minute break between sets. It was kinda easy, so I went on and decided to do more "reps" per "set", so i pushed towards 50 pushups immediately, couldn't pull off 4 sets immediately, so I scaled down and worked up from there. maybe you could try pacing yourself like that. I still can't do 4 sets of 50 pushups with 1 minute between sets lol. I can pull off 3 sets, but get a lazy on that fourth set, some shitty pushups happen and I decide it's pointless to continue.

You want to lose belly fat? Nothing better than abs. I try to do at least 100 abs every day and my belly is quite slim when compared to my tighs for example.
