Has anyone ever tried it?
I remember downloading one a couple of years back and the only thing I felt was a headache that lasted for some hours. But I guess maybe it was because I had shitty headphones at the time (those that you buy for $0.50). I'm thinking of trying again someday, with better headphones.
Some say it's all in your head (Placebo effect), while others say it really works.
Tell me your experiences with it, so I see if it's worth wasting 15 minutes (or more) of my life.

I remember reading on a magazine that it could fuck up your brain.
But nothing was proved, so I don't know.

I've tried it and I can tell you it sucks. I think it's more healthy to go and smoke some weed.

Never tried this, but I am aware of it. For a couple years now I've been building up a whole lot of pseudo-science and fake history about a company who do this kind of thing - audio recordings for self-help, basically an excuse for abstract noise music and field recordings and other self-amusement, wrapped up in a sinister cult-like organisation. Sounds simple, but you would not believe how complicated it is. There's a timeline going back to a bunch of philosophers meeting in an abandoned house in Nova Scotia in the middle of a massive storm, and the foundation of a cult group called the Greater Temple of the Future, whose facilities take on three-letter abbreviation (TTL, NSL, NLT, etc.) and then are subsumed by a corporate offshoot into a larger organisation spanning across the US called Amherst, and one of their subsidiary organisations is Black Sky Foundation who make audio recordings for "synaptic realignment" and are interested in accessing the space between the mammalian and reptilian parts of the human brain...

But you know, that's why people call me weird.
