I think that it would work and would really make it more realistic. Also, if and older album is re-issued or a deluxe edition etc is released, it could be re-added and the sales would be higher again.

Any thoughts ideas appreciated....

I'm trying to make the chart more realistic and thinking of implementing a few changes before next vote

1 - ALL albums will stay on CHART until you request them to be removed or they fall out(i will re-add all the albums that i have in my stats for vote)

2 - This will give us a full top 40 album chart!!! (there will be 41 albums up for voting next week 1 will not make top 40 and will be removed automatically)

3 - You will be able to vote for ALL albums if you wish but if you wish not to you dont have to

4 - After an album has been on chart for 12WEEKS they will drop down to (30,000) as highest possible vote compared to newer albums with (50,000) (this will be in place straight away)

5 - If you re-release an album this can be re-added to the vote and if older album is on lower vote (30,000) it will go back on at higer vote (50,000) but the original album will be removed (you will have to post in this thread to say re-issue so i know for voting)

6 - If your act is on an awards show then it will have a higher vote option available the following week, same if win award, again be easier if you post in this thread to let me know

ok any thoughts ideas welcome or if you want it to stay as it is now then say lol i dont mind i'm just trying to make it more realistic then old albums bouncing around use tisha jackson as example been up and down more than a tarts knickers lately (no offence lol ) from 2 - 24 n would now be out charts

New Look Chart Heat


New look chart heat albums starts this week with new look vote and new look chart next Sunday!!

41 Albums and only 40 Positions, 1 album will not chart!!

All albums have been re-added, those with 12 WEEKS or more have sales options of 30,000 20,000 10,000 5,000 and 1,000 all those with less is usual 50,000 40,000 30,000 20,000 10,000.

You can vote for MINIMUM 10 albums and as many others as you like, self voting is back but please try to be as honest as you can so that the charts reflect as realisitcally as possible!!!

If you want to remove your album from the chart then let me know!

If you re-issue an album with new tracks also let me know as the original will be removed and new one added(back on higher vote tier) A deluxe and standard edition count as original album (e.g Ed Sheeran has 2 versions out 1 deluxe 1 standard but charts as 1, re-issue is like 6months down line with new tracks added/bonus material/dvd)
