Ok I'm trying to think of few things to make the chart more realistic rather than for example really old albums with no promo/single release selling loads etc

one way I'm thinking of doing this is reducing amount it can sell in a week

for example one album one week sold nothing but then all of sudden out of nowhere sells loads, no self voting did eradicate this to some extent as it meant people couldnt self vote themselves top sales every week even if albums old and no promo for it, it also doesnt help some people vote one week and not the next and voting numbers go up and down but not lot i can do about that lol - realistically it rarely happens, unless artist dies or you're Adele!! lol often an older album would get a small sales surge with a new single off a new album and new album release but nothing massive.

What I'm thinking is once an album reaches a certain stage say X weeks the amount that can be voted drops to 30k 20k 10k

I'm not sure or just to leave it same any ideas feel free to share ;-)
