History
Junction Records was initially formed by Max Armstrong and Lucy Tyrell as a short term record label until they managed to get a big record deal, but after earning enough money to employ some experienced people they managed to keep the record label going and have since signed many acts.
They then decided to just stay contracted to their own record label so that their future is in their own hands.
Junction Records have one record studio called 4th Street Studio's which is located in New York. 4th Street Studio's is also used as the headquaters for Junction Records and they have many offices in the building and also have various different rooms.
There are announced plans to expand Junction Records in 2012 by having 2 new 4th Street Studio's built in Seattle and Los Angeles.

"I'm pleased to announce that we have signed the first of two new acts, and the act which we have signed is a new band called The Walls, They've been praised for their current Circus gigs and they've already got a solid fanbase, we can't wait to see what this band is capable of. They've signed a two album deal to Junction Records and we hope to get them into the studio in time for a summer release."

"I'm dissapointed to announce that Brad Sanderson has quit the music business and has therefore finished with Junction Records, he released two singles with us but the pressure of being in the media spotlight was too much for him. We wish him all the best in the future."

"I've mentioned the fact that Lucy Tyrell has decided to take a back seat role with Junction Records and will no longer be involved with the signings of acts, she will still be involved in Junction Records as Co-Owner with myself. We have hired a replacement to come in to Junction Records and take Lucy's former role at Junction Records. The person in question is someone who I am close friends with and has a great eye for spotting talented musicians. He is called Jake Wilson, he's an actor, writer, director and has been involved in helping unsigned acts get record deals and success in the music industry. Some people may question why I haven't hired someone who has worked for a record label before, but I feel that Jake's knowledge and taste for music is second to none and I think this label can really improve with his ability to spot someone special. I hope he stay's with us for a long time and I'm pleased to welcome him on board."

The Walls debut album Moutains will be released soon so make sure to pre-order your copy. Also they have a single out now called Happy Days On Elms St, it's a great song, get your copy on Itunes.

BREAKING NEWS
Vincent Cox arrived at 4th Street Studio’s in New York to meet Max Armstrong and discuss signing to Junction Records. He was spotted last week by Jake Wilson who saw him performing at Renwick’s Bar and Restaurant and immediately knew that Vincent could become a great addition to Junction Records.
Vincent met Max Armstrong at the lounge area of 4th Street Studio’s, They greeted each other and made their way to Max’s office. They were in the office for about 35 minutes and when Vincent left the office he was officially a signed musician to Junction Records.
The deal is for two albums and Vincent has the pleasure of releasing as many singles as he wants during his time with Junction Records.
It’s expected that Vincent will continue to focus on performing for a while before starting work on his debut album.
Once they had left the office Max and Vincent made their way to a recording room where Vincent played a couple of his songs for Max.
Junction Records have also confirmed that they have signed Glamazon on the same kind of deal as Vincent Cox.

Vincent Cox: Hell yeah! It felt good signing my first deal! I called my mommy and I told her. So proud of me, thanks for this big highlight in my life.
