Conspiracy is the third single from Swedish Metal band The Enlightened, it's taken from the band's first album, The Arcanum Cirlce, which was released this May. The single is availalbe through Starr Records in four formats: CD, Limited-Edition Digipack CD, Digital Download and Limited-Edition 7" Picture Vynil. The phyisical formats include an alternate radio edit version of the track.

The song was written by Tom Orgsen and was recorded at the Rever Studios (London) this last January. It was produced by the british producer, musician and artists, Bill Owens.

"Fuck yeah, now we have the album released and this is the third single from it. Conspiracy is a very heavy song, but it's catchy too, so it was a great option to release it as a single. It's based on the illuminati, it talks about a possible world-wide conspiracy...Fucking awesome! Haha!"

"This is one of the heaviest and most-brutal songs I have ever written...It's very heavy, dark and fast but it also has a lot of orchestral and symphonic influences, it's extremely heavy and melodic at the same time. I think it's the best choice if you want to know what The Enlightened is: a disturbed group of nordic guys playing black metal with a lot of melodic arrangements."
