Title: “Young Cardinals”
Release Date: February 2, 2019
Recorded: 2017 – 2019 – Village Studios, Los Angeles, California
Genres: Alternative Rock, Pop-Punk, Rock
Length: 75:41
Label: Studio60 Records
Producers: Riot! In The Boulevard, Cara Zayn, Christian Fallon

“Young Cardinals” is the sixth studio album released by American rock band 'Riot! In The Boulevard' and seventh overall album released from the Las Vegas based trio of Adam Benjamin, Amy Meyer and Jason Greenberg. Produced by all three members of Riot! In The Boulevard alongside Cara Zayn and Christian Fallon. It will mark the final album by the group before they began what they have called an 'indefinite hiatus', stating personal issues and the need to step away from the machine as the primary reasons for their decision to part ways. “Young Cardinals” is an album that has been in the works since 2017 and has been plagued by numerous delays over the previous three years. It has seen nine singles released since the lead single “Asylum”, dropped on August 6, 2016 and was followed by “Swinging For The Fences”, “Pop Culture x Hungry Vulture”, “Comeback Kids”, “Fireworks Over Vegas”, “Young Cardinals”, “Dead On Arrival”, “Faking Happiness Until It's Found” and the final and most recent single, “Nomads”.

In a post on their website announcing the album, the group said the following;
Quote:
““Friends, this is the part we've been dreading for the longest time. In 2010 we made the decision to hire a van and Adam's parents booked and drove us to gigs at malls and proms and all kinds of events that we had no right to be performing at all around the mid-west. It was almost a year later when we were signed by Nomad Records and ever since that day all of our lives changed. They put us on tours with the likes of 'Reported Failure', “Suburban Sunrise”, “Dead Roses”, “Infinite” and “Mind” in just over a year and were kind enough to get five kids into a recording studio and begin to live this sort of messed up fantasy life. We put out or self-titled debut album in July 2011 and everything changed from that moment on in the best and worst ways (mostly best though!)

Since signing that record deal and a few other deals along the way, (Nomad, North Hill and Studio60) we've released five studio albums and twenty-seven singles, one e.p and one live album. Completed four headlining world tours and a whole bunch of supporting tours and festival performances. I think we may have seen every corner of this world and had people sing our words back to us which is just crazy. We've been through a whole lot of ups and downs and from a bunch of kids that were thrust into this world sooner than any of us would have ever expected, I think we did alright. We've had our share of sadness and struggles along the way, two original members left the band and took with them their friendship. We've personally lost loved ones over these years and blamed ourselves for not being around enough despite not ever truly being able to kick the habit of travelling and working.

From a personal point of view, 2017 and 2018 was the most difficult period that I have faced and the songs from this next record will shed some light on that. I apologize that an album that was initially supposed to be released in 2017 hasn't came out yet, from a band well known for their productivity we've really that reputation slide over the last couple of years however unintentional. I hope you can forgive that and I hope that these new songs will go some way to appease the delay. I've hated it as much as you's have.
But I thank you for your support over the years, it's been everything. The passion will live on forever, but sadly the band will not. There was always going to be a time when we had to draw a line under the banner of 'Riot! In The Boulevard' and with the release of “Nomads” on January 26 and the long-awaited release of “Young Cardinals” on February 2. We say goodbye. Unfortunately we will not be in a position to play these songs live but would certainly hope to play them for you one day. I can't say when that day will be, I definitely don't see it being any time in the near future. This band isn't dead, it's just resting it's eyes. We're calling it an indefinite hiatus, let's hope that it is.

Always with love.

Riot! In The Boulevard xoxo

In terms of the album, fans can expect the trio's final attempt to be a sprawling and emotional epic. With eighteen songs on the record we see the band fire fast and furiously through songs of nostalgia and anger and slowly come to terms with broken friendships and the acceptance of growing older. It's being looked at as the final album by “Riot! In The Boulevard”, a band that has defied the regular trappings of fame and success and remained as true to their audience as they have ever been. It'll be released through Studio60 Records on February 2, 2019.

Lyrics;

“Sometimes I considered quitting this lifestyle
It seems these days the only thing we pay attention to are confined to 140 characters or less
And I guess we’re all just victims of our success
Perhaps we were wrong to see this as a platform to help the lost find their way
But that’s why we got into this in the first place and that is what we’ve all been working towards
They gave us the lay of the land and told us to make it our own
But somewhere along the way
The landscape had changed
Now, this is not what we had envisaged
But now it’s time for a change

They said we were growing up fast
But we were still learning how to crawl before we walk
Handed a microphone and a stage
We quickly learnt to talk
We put our hands on our hearts
Said what had to be said
The crowds they listened to each and every word
I guess those days are dead

We were the young cardinals
We placed our hands on our hearts and pledged allegiance
They said we were the only hope for this world
Thought that five kids from Vegas would be the spark to ignite the fire
But as the years went on
Two of them have gone
And we’re left fighting what feels like a losing battle

Follow us
We’ll be your light
If you promise to take a stand
Against this corporate plight
Follow us
We’ll be your light
If you promise to take a stand
Against this corporate plight

We were the young cardinals
We placed our hands on our hearts and pledged allegiance
They said we were the only hope for this world
Thought that five kids from Vegas would be the spark to ignite the fire
But as the years went on
Two of them have gone
And we’re left fighting what feels like a losing battle”

Track: #02
Title: “Swinging for the Fences”
Genres: Alternative Rock, Pop-Punk
Length: 4:02
Label: Studio60 Records
Writer(s): Amy Meyer, Adam Benjamin, Jason Greenberg

Lyrics;

“I walk into a room, with eyes fixed on the ground
Just another lost soul, looking to be found
I’ve got the scars on my arms and the wounds in my heart
But I was the dreamer and believer right back from the start
See, some things faded away, a little over time
But the one thing remained
I made sure it would always be mine

They tried to push me away, claiming I was the reason
Like a forbidden fruit in the garden of Eden
But they forgot who I was, deep down inside
The one with the faith and belief that everything will work out alright

Well, everything they throw at me
I send it straight back
Everything they aim at me
I’m prepared for their attack
Cause, everything they throw at me
I send it straight back
And everything they aim at me
I’m prepared for their attack

So, if you were swinging for the fences
What would you do?
When all of your wildest dreams come true
Tell me, who’s standing next to you
When all of your wildest dreams come true
Tell me please, who’s standing right there next to you

They can push me around
It’s easy to make the small ones fall to the ground
But the strength comes from within, not the frame that surrounds my skin
And they’ll never quite know, the strength I have inside
I’ve cut negative people out of my life and cast them all aside
And that’s what it takes
If you wanna be great
That’s what it’s gonna take
If you wanna be great

Well, everything they throw at me
I send it straight back
Everything they aim at me
I’m prepared for their attack
Cause, everything they throw at me
I send it straight back
And everything they aim at me
I’m prepared for their attack”

Title: “Down with the Ship”
Genres: Alternative Rock, Pop-Punk
Length: 4:36
Label: Studio60 Records
Writer(s): Amy Meyer, Jason Greenberg

Lyrics;

“So much trouble through the years, but you know that we never really cared
For those rumour mills and cheap thrills
We’re the generation of hollow words and shallow hearts
It’s easier to turn and walk away
Than fix broken parts
And stay

The momentum is sinking fast
And it looks like the hype just won’t last
And they’re looking to the past
Wondering if we’re all we said we’d be
Wondering if we’re the leaders that we thought we’d be

And they say that we’re sinking
Going down with the ship
They say we’ve hit our iceberg
Somebody grab us before we slip

Hold on, hold on, hold on
Hold on, hold on
Hold on, hold on, hold on
Hold on, hold on

They say that we’re sinking
Going down with the ship
They say we’ve hit our iceberg
Somebody grab us before we slip

Hold on, hold on, hold on
Hold on, hold on
Hold on, hold on, hold on
Hold on, hold on

All this trouble through the years, but we never truly cared
For those rumour mills and cheap thrills
We’re the generation of hollow words and shallow hearts
It’s easier to turn and walk away
Than fix broken parts
And stay”

Title: “Asylum”
Genres: Alternative Rock, Pop-Punk
Length: 4:12
Label: Studio60 Records
Writer(s): Amy Meyer, Adam Benjamin, Jason Greenberg

Lyrics;

“Everyone I know has fallen through the cracks
All my friends have turned into psychos, killers, monsters and maniacs
They say time can heal most wounds
But some wounds just don’t heal so easily with time
And sometimes you need to go insane
Sometimes you need to go out of your mind
And maybe this is just our time
Maybe this is our time

Welcome to the asylum
You’re just like the rest of us
Don’t put up a fight or they’ll make a fuss
Welcome to the asylum
You’re just like the rest of us
Don’t you dare kick and scream
Please don’t make a fuss
There’s room here for all of us
Room here for all of us

They say we need to be locked away, because we’re a danger to ourselves
We need to be contained by steel for the good of our own health
So tie our hands behind our backs
Call us all maniacs
But when we break free, we won’t look back
We won’t look back

We’ve seen heroes come and go
But little do they know
If they just glanced closer to what we are
They’d see past the scars and they’d see the stars
So you can lock us all away
And hide us from the world tonight
But we will prove the fire inside
We will show the desire

Welcome to the asylum
You’re just like the rest of us
Don’t put up a fight or they’ll just make a fuss
Welcome to the asylum
You’re just like the rest of us
Don’t you dare kick and scream
Please don’t make a fuss
There’s room here for all of us
Room here for all of us”

Title: “Comeback Kids”
Genres: Alternative Rock, Pop-Punk
Length: 4:49
Label: Studio60 Records
Writer(s): Amy Meyer, Adam Benjamin, Jason Greenberg

Lyrics;

“These days it feels like my eyes are opening for the first time
I'm seeing everything from a brand new light
Just wondering if I didn't enjoy this enough when it was at it's height
Did time pass us by? Did we do alright?
Cause I've been touring for so long my memory has faded
Writing songs that made me feel elated
But I never took a moment
A moment to take everything all in and smile

We were just kids that were handed the keys
Told that we could be everything that we ever wanted to be
And as time went on, it just became routine
Somewhere along the way
We lost part of who we were supposed to be

Come back kids
And take all of this in
Look at what you've done
Where do I begin
Come back kids
Take all of this in
Look at what you've done
Where do I begin

We’re the kids who chose not to grow up
Even when the path was long and the roads were rough
We learnt to cling onto hope
And believe in the magic
Even in the darkest times
When we learnt that life was so tragic

Come back kids
And take all of this in
Look at what you've done
Where do I begin
Come back kids
Take all of this in
Look at what you've done
Where do I begin

Now I see what we've done and it makes me proud
To hear those young hearts singing those songs back to us so loud
And to see what we've done and the places that we've seen
Is like somebody tore an entry from the diary of our wildest dream
And I just want to scream

Come back kids
And take all of this in
Look at what you've done
Where do I begin
Come back kids
Take all of this in
Look at what you've done
Where do I begin”

Title: “Bring on the Rapture”
Genres: Alternative Rock, Pop-Punk
Length: 6:17
Label: Studio60 Records
Writer(s): Amy Meyer

Lyrics;

“When I was broken I always wanted to see the very end of the day
But I fought my way out of the darkness, somehow I scraped and clawed until I found my way
Despite all of this pain that I’ve had to go through
Despite all the anger that I felt towards you
Despite all the pressure to be the very best on this earth
I fought and scratched my way through all of the dust and the dirt
And I’m the one that’s standing tall
I’ve reached many peaks and felt the pain of the fall
But I’m still standing tall
For when the rapture comes
When the rapture comes
The rapture comes

Do you truly know what it takes to feel alive?
Will you do all it takes, at the thought that you could be the only one to survive?
When the worlds engulfed in flames around you
And there’s no one else standing right behind you
Do you have the strength to face this on your own?
Fighting for your life in a way that you’ve never known
Hold on tight, hold on tight, hold on
Hold on! Hold on!

If one choice can transform you
If one choice can destroy you
If one choice can confine you
If one choice can re-define you
What will you choose?
Will you be the one to lose?

So, bring on the rapture
And we’ll see where we go tonight
Bring on the rapture, we’ll see if we made it right
Bring on the rapture, let our faith step in
At the end of all days
Bring on the rapture
And we shall sing

If one choice can transform you
If one choice can destroy you
If one choice can confine you
If one choice can re-define you
What will you choose?
Will you be the one to lose?

Do you truly know what it takes to feel alive?
Will you do all it takes, at the thought that you could be the only one to survive?
When the worlds engulfed in flames around you
And there’s no else standing right behind you
Do you have the strength to face this on your own?
Fighting for your life in a way that you’ve never known
Hold on tight, hold on tight, hold on
Hold on! Hold on!

If one choice can transform you
If one choice can destroy you
If one choice can confine you
If one choice can re-define you
What will you choose?
Will you be the one to lose?

So, bring on the rapture
And we’ll see where we go tonight
Bring on the rapture, we’ll see if we made it right
Bring on the rapture, let our faith step in
At the end of all days
Bring on the rapture
And we shall sing”

Title: “My Silent Reputation's On the Line”
Genres: Alternative Rock, Pop-Punk
Length: 3:14
Label: Studio60 Records
Writer(s): Amy Meyer

Lyrics;

“When I was a little girl I always believed the stories I was told
They'd say that everybody will fall in love, be happy, have children and live to become old
Somewhere along the way, I lost a little of my innocence
And I stopped believing in love ever since
I've been burnt many times before
I've bared the scars of the brutality of a love like war
But I've came out of the other side
I've came out of the other side with a big old smile

These days I'm starting to think that maybe I was wrong
To put down all of my frustration in a song
See I still find myself screaming from the rooftops
Because I finally feel like I belong
Feel like I belong

I'm kicking and screaming and I'm dancing and believing
It looks like my silent reputation's on the line
Because I know how I feel tonight
I'm in love for the first time in the longest time
I'm kicking and screaming and I'm dancing and believing
It looks like my silent reputation's on the line
Because I know how I feel tonight
I'm in love for the first time in the longest time

I've seen it happen many times before
People fall in love and end up being pushed to the floor
Trampled on and left for dead
Less pain and frustration with a gun to the head
But out of that darkness
I have seen the light
And I'm ready to accept love
Into my life

I'm kicking and screaming and I'm dancing and believing
It looks like my silent reputation's on the line
Because I know how I feel tonight
I'm in love for the first time in the longest time
I'm kicking and screaming and I'm dancing and believing
It looks like my silent reputation's on the line
Because I know how I feel tonight
I'm in love for the first time in the longest time”

Title: “The Face You Fear the Most”
Genres: Alternative Rock, Pop-Punk
Length: 4:49
Label: Studio60 Records
Writer(s): Amy Meyer, Adam Benjamin, Jason Greenberg

Lyrics;

“Hearts that have beaten, so furious and free
Have now been replaced with everything we said we’d never be
And I can’t remember the last time we laughed
The last time we loved has become part of our past
And it feels like we’re only just clinging on
To a part of us that has long since gone

Maybe we took things a little too far
Should have seen the cracks in our foundations
The kingdom we created has faded to dark
Feels like there’s a storm overhead
Now I’m alone inside, thinking I’d be better off dead

Now when I stare I see nothing I love
Just a blank empty face staring straight back at me
Now when I smile it feels so out of place
A heart beaten down to where smiles should not be
And what are we still doing here
We’re just going through the motions tonight
The fear of being alone is very real to me
We need to stop putting up a fight

There’s no love that lives here anymore
And we both know, it’s time to let go
So hold my hand for one more time
And we shall say goodbye together
Let’s end this now before we both fall apart
Some things just don’t last forever

So just think of my face, the way it was meant to be
With eyes bright and clear
And a smile so wide
It’s no longer a battle against our fear
No more swimming against the tide
We’ll just walk away
Say goodbye to those ghosts
And finally let go
Of the face that you fear the most

We’ll just walk away
Say goodbye to those ghosts
And finally let go
Of the face you fear the most”

Genres: Alternative Rock, Pop-Punk
Length: 2:11
Label: Studio60 Records
Writer(s): Amy Meyer, Adam Benjamin, Jason Greenberg

Lyrics;

“When was the last time somebody said let's go home
Some nights I wish I could just tap my shoes and sing a little poem
But Toto, I've a feeling we're not in Vegas any more
And I know it's all journeys over destinations
At least that's what they say
I'm just a little tired of being told
It's not where you go
It's who you meet along the way

Cut me skin deep and you will see
That my blood runs neon colours
It's more than dark red to me
Cut me skin deep and you will see
That my blood runs neon colours
It's more than dark red to me

I get so low on the road all of the time
Sometimes I just wish to be home with a place to call mine
From the distance I can see the fireworks over Vegas
Which serves to remind me of the places and people that I miss
From a distance I can see the fireworks over Vegas
Which only serves to remind me of the places
And all of the people that I miss

Cut me skin deep and you will see
That my blood runs neon colours
It's more than dark red to me
Cut me skin deep and you will see
That my blood runs neon colours
It's more than dark red to me

I get so low on the road all of the time
Sometimes I just wish to be home with a place to call mine
From the distance I can see the fireworks over Vegas
Which serves to remind me of the places and people that I miss
From a distance I can see the fireworks over Vegas

Lyrics;

“We don't believe in saints, because everybody makes mistakes
We don't believe in gods, there's just too much pain
We don't believe in angels, they should be here with us when we need em
We don't believe in very much these days
I think we all need a hero
Someone to save us
Save us all

Maybe we can be your mercenaries
With each hit, the figure varies
We can be your anti-heroes in disguise
The signs read 'riot!' in the skies
Maybe we can be your mercenaries
With each hit, the figure varies
We can be your anti-heroes in disguise
The signs read 'riot!' in the skies

In a world where destruction reins
And love is fading
When the world is crying out for a hero
For someone to save them
Is there anybody out there ready to step up to the plate
Or are we all just a little
Too late

We need a saviour to save us
We need a hero to help us
We need a god to guide us
And we need the love to find us

Maybe we can be your mercenaries
With each hit, the figure varies
We can be your anti-heroes in disguise
The signs read 'riot!' in the skies
Maybe we can be your mercenaries
With each hit, the figure varies
We can be your anti-heroes in disguise
The signs read 'riot!' in the skies"

“I'm jaded of this person I'm meant to be
Inside I'm feeling numb but I've learnt to keep my brave face on
And I sometimes wish you didn't expect so much of me
Maybe you should try walking a mile in my shoes
Perhaps you'll realize that this strong exterior has been known to bruise

I feel like I've become dead on arrival
For so many years my mode has been survival
I feel like I've become dead on arrival
For so many years my mode has been survival

I feel like I've become dead on arrival
For so many years my mode has been survival
I feel like I've become dead on arrival
For so many years my mode has been survival

It's hard to explain the things I can't understand
I just feel so trapped, I just can't breathe
I know you think you're helping when you take hold of my hand
But I'm trying my best to explain
But you just can't see
This is not the person I thought I'd become
I feel so numb
Knowing this is not truly me

I feel like I've become dead on arrival
For so many years my mode has been survival
I feel like I've become dead on arrival
For so many years my mode has been survival

I feel like I've become dead on arrival
For so many years my mode has been survival
I feel like I've become dead on arrival
For so many years my mode has been survival

If I could take back the last three years
I would with all my heart
If I could go back to when we started falling apart
Believe me when I say that I would
I know in the end I seemed cold to you
But that love was always beneath the surface
It was true on the inside
I was just searching for my purpose

I feel like I've become dead on arrival
For so many years my mode has been survival
I feel like I've become dead on arrival
For so many years my mode has been survival

I feel like I've become dead on arrival
For so many years my mode has been survival
I feel like I've become dead on arrival
For so many years my mode has been survival”

Lyrics;

“They always tell me that I've been doing a good job
That I've been taking all of this in my stride
But I just nod my head politely
If only they could see what this does to me inside
I guess you could say
After all these days
I've learnt how to fake a smile

People on the street
They tend to double take
They fail to see underneath the surface
That this smile on my face is fake
People on the street
They tend to double take
They fail to see underneath the surface
That this smile on my face is fake

We can all pretend for a little while
We can all fake a smile
We can all pretend for a little while
We can all fake a smile
We can all pretend for a little while
We can all fake a smile

It's so tough to step onstage
When I can barely find the courage to step outside
Insecurities tend to get the best of me
I often find it's easier to hide

We can all pretend for a little while
We can all fake a smile
We can all pretend for a little while
We can all fake a smile
We can all pretend for a little while
We can all fake a smile

This is not a cry for help
This is a statement of my mental health
This is not a cry for help
This is a statement of my mental health

We can all pretend for a little while
We can all fake a smile
We can all pretend for a little while
We can all fake a smile
We can all pretend for a little while
We can all fake a smile”

Lyrics;

“Should have read all the warning signs that I ignored
Could I have helped you not to feel so alone
Thought we were supposed to change this world for the better
But now all that you have left for your legacy, is this heartbreaking letter
I should have read the warning signs
All of your calls for help in the hardest of times
I ignored what I was unwilling to see
What was so clear
It was right in front of me

So if you had a friend
You knew you'd never see again
What would you say?
If you could do one last thing
For someone you love
What would it be?
Say it. Do it. Don't wait
Nothing lasts forever
Today could be their very last day

Everywhere you look, you're reminded and it's all you can see
It hurts you to know the pain that they went through
When you weren't all that they'd need
And you're hurting, and you're aching, the pain's so real
If someone doesn't show you
Doesn't mean
That they don't feel

So if you had a friend
You knew you'd never see again
What would you say?
If you could do one last thing
For someone you love
What would it be?
Say it. Do it. Don't wait
Nothing lasts forever
Today could be their very last day

So if you had a friend
You knew you'd never see again
What would you say?
If you could take the pain
From someone you love
Would you take it all away?
Would you take it all away
Knowing that nothing lasts forever
It's always better late
Than never”

Title: “Pop Culture x Hungry Vulture”
Genres: Alternative Rock, Pop-Punk
Length: 3:58
Label: Studio60 Records
Writer(s): Amy Meyer, Adam Benjamin, Jason Greenberg

Lyrics;

“Six years is a long time to be surrounded by chaos and be the face of sanity
It’s like the world went insane and yet we maintained our normality
But the cracks started to show in the months gone by
And they locked us away and never told us why
And we’re shackled and confined to the four walls that consume us
Camera’s all around so the whole world can look at us
I guess we’re just freaks
Freaks at a circus

Hey kid
Didn't you think that this is where you always wanted to be?
In this messed up place called pop culture
Where they watch em' eat you up like a hungry vulture

Flashing lights and glimmering shines
Enough to make even the most normal souls go wild
And ain’t it funny how quickly stories become gospel in this place
They print these words without a seconds thought
If only they’d know how difficult it can be to even consider showing your face
In this messed up place called pop culture
Where they watch em’ eat you up
Like a hungry vulture

Hey kid
Didn't you think that this is where you always wanted to be?
In this messed up place called pop culture
Where they watch em' eat you up like a hungry vulture

Faces plastered on magazines
Picking apart your deepest insecurities behind iPhone screens
Vintage clothing all for free
If you're willing to sell your story on TV

Didn't you think that this is where you always wanted to be?
In this messed up place called pop culture
Where they watch em' eat you up like a hungry vulture
Didn't you think that this is where you always wanted to be?
In this messed up place called pop culture
Where they watch em' eat you up like a hungry vulture”

Title: “Faking Happiness Until It's Found”
Genres: Alternative Rock, Pop-Punk
Length: 4:56
Label: Studio60 Records
Writer(s): Amy Meyer, Adam Benjamin, Jason Greenberg

Lyrics;

“We can paint on a big old smile if that's what you need
To tell yourselves it's all okay this time around
Hey let's face it, we've been known to fake it for the Airplay
Bust-up's and dust-up's, we know a little something about cover-up's
And we can tell you that it's okay and make you believe
We can tell you that it's okay
Tell you that it's okay

We raised our flags like the triumphant leaders
Never have I felt more like a fraud
Acting like we knew what we were fighting for
Truth is, we knew nothing at all
And somehow we're still standing here
Minus two and that still kinda hurts
When we started out we made our oath together
No solider left behind
Was that just one big lie?

My heart has been held by those that have seen it
It's now charcoal and crumbling
From all of the lighters and matches
Why would you burn
What is not yours in the first place?
Why would you burn
What is not yours in the first place?

So I guess that I have been faking happiness
Until it's found
Hold me down until it comes around
I guess that I have been faking happiness
Until it's found
Hold me down until it comes around

I'm a little older these days and the road has taken it's toll
With many loves and heartbreak felt along the way
It's a long way down to fall
When you're so far away from home
And everything you've ever known

My heart has been held by those that have seen it
It's now charcoal and crumbling
From all of the lighters and matches
Why would you burn
What is not yours in the first place?
Why would you burn
What is not yours in the first place?

So I guess that I have been faking happiness
Until it's found
Hold me down until it comes around
I guess that I have been faking happiness
Until it's found
Hold me down until it comes around”

Title: “Perfect Melodies and Hardcore Breakdowns”
Genres: Alternative Rock, Pop-Punk
Length: 3:04
Label: Studio60 Records
Writer(s): Amy Meyer, Adam Benjamin, Jason Greenberg

Lyrics;

“We're the kids who chose not to grow up
Even when the path was long and the roads were rough
We learnt to cling onto hope
And believe in the magic
Even in the darkest times
When we learnt that life was so tragic

They called us the therapists of the teenage demographic
The saviour of the next generation
The saviour of the masses
And we'll take a pen and pour our heart out onto the page
Put it in pretty vinyl colours and take it to the stage

If we sing this song loud enough
Will you sing it back to us
If we sing this song loud enough
Will you sing it back to us now
With our perfect melodies and hardcore breakdowns

We've been to almost every place we possibly could
Heard our words sung back to us like returning prophets of the youth
And the road has made us weary
We've dealt with our fair share of pain and loss
But it was all worth it in the end
If this was the cost

If we sing this song loud enough
Will you sing it back to us
If we sing this song loud enough
Will you sing it back to us now
With our perfect melodies and hardcore breakdowns

If we sing this song loud enough
Will you sing it back to us
If we sing this song loud enough
Will you sing it back to us now
With our perfect melodies and hardcore breakdowns”

Title: “What Will Your Legacy Be?”
Genres: Alternative Rock, Pop-Punk
Length: 5:02
Label: Studio60 Records
Writer(s): Amy Meyer, Adam Benjamin, Jason Greenberg

Lyrics;

“Please gather around, bring all of your most treasured friends
They say the battle was won years ago
But boys and girls, the war has only just begun
And we’re gonna need each and every one of you to stand your ground
Stand your ground, fight the good fight
Please stand your ground, clench your fists tight
This is a war tonight

They say we’re only here on borrowed time
So maybe we should take our chances when we’re young
Do all of the things we’re afraid to do
Stand your ground, say what you want to say
Life is better when you decide not to run
It's better when you decide not to run
Decide not to run

So if you were given two options to take what you want the most
What is it that you would choose?
Do you have the strength to stand tall and face your ghosts
And risk your whole world crashing around you?
Do you have the faith in yourself to make all of the right choices
And find power within the words that you preach and the strength of your voices
Then claim the land that’s in front of you
As far as the eye can see
Let me ask you
What will your legacy be?
Yeah, what will your legacy be?

We had a pretty good run, at least the three of us
We put up a fight while swimming against the ferocious tides
But you all have your new heroes now
Yeah, you have your new heroes
And they will stand you in good stead, help you fight the good fight
I know it's hard to let go
Believe me
I know

Maybe this is the end for all to see
And I wonder endlessly
What will our legacy be?
Maybe this is the end for all to see
And I wonder endlessly
Yeah, what will our legacy be?
What will our legacy be?”

Title: “Nomads”
Genres: Alternative Rock, Pop-Punk
Length: 5:22
Label: Studio60 Records
Writer(s): Amy Meyer, Adam Benjamin, Jason Greenberg

Lyrics;

“You know nothing of the break and you know nothing of our story
If you'd have spent seven years with guys in a van you'd have gone a little crazy too
And it's funny when people ask me, was it all worth it
I don't hesitate for a second, I got to conquer the world with my friends
And I'd go back in a second and do it all over again
And again and again and again
Until my throat was dry and my lungs were empty
We've been through good times and bad
We've been through plenty

Life is a little different now and I find myself growing older
And those around me are growing older too
I have to admit, I sometimes take late night drives through Nevada
In the quiet hours of the night while the world is asleep
And it's crazy how Canary Way used to be home to all five of us
I know it's not much but it holds so many memories
Wrote most of that first record at my parents house on the corner of Canary
The memories remain but somehow it feels empty
Families and friends have moved on
Some of them still with us
But a devastating number of them have gone

Lived our lives like nomads
Always running away
Little did we know
That this would all be gone someday

Live our lives like nomads
Always running away
Little did we know
That this would all be gone someday

It's funny when people say that we actually somehow made it
But there's more to life than just being famous
Don't get me wrong, I know that I've been truly blessed
But this hasn't always been the path to happiness
And now that I'm older
I'm finally starting to understand
That there's more to travelling the world in a little pop-punk band
But I'd only trade all of this in for one thing
I'd trade this all in
For the people that we're missing

Lived our lives like nomads
Always running away
Little did we know
That this would all be gone someday

Live our lives like nomads
Always running away
Little did we know
That this would all be gone someday”
