We will providing direct support to TSNS at York Fibbers and London Camden Barfly on 19/20th August, just before the start of our headline tour. Whilst Blood Of Wecz were on their recent break, they felt that to come back to their fans empty handed would be totally disrespectful...so...they spent two weeks shacked up in Dime Studios in Edinburgh, recording new single BLACK WATER! The single was written by guitarist Mark Talley, with Scott H and Eirik Latvallah adding the vocals, grunts and screams at very short notice. The single also features the B-sides Repentance/Redemption and Redemption II, both of which are songs that will be familiar to Wecz fans, and have been rumoured to be appearing on the band's as of yet unconfirmed next album. The artwork for Black Water is shown below and the single goes on sale tomorrow! Rock on! B.o.W

Frontman Scott H told Insider that the band were close to announcing their first tour in over a year, and were looking forward to getting back on the road, "It's been far too long man, you know. We miss those kids that come out night after night to sing along at the shows, and of course, we miss tour bus parties!" Scott hinted that the first leg of their tour would be close to home, taking in the UK before a bigger tour later in the summer. (OOC: SUPPORT NEEDED FOR TOURING, PM ME....CHEERS :) )

Ryan here, the guy who never speaks! I know I'm one quiet guy most of the time on tours and stuff, I just play my shit and get on with it, but I decided that lately there's been very little coming from the horse's mouth as it were. Too many managers and PR companies announcing our shit around here. So, BoW are back full time (yay), and we are super glad! Ever since the split with Alex P back about 18 months ago it's been so hard to get our shit going full time again. It's been a rough time and we all took some time to kick back and relax. But now it's time to go again! We just wanted to thank all of you for getting the new single to number 3, we see a lot of positive feedback, and let me tell you, all of the new stuff is going to come at you sounding like that. We got that 7-string, B tuning down now, and the chunky sound fits us so well! So keep your eyes open for a new album shortly after the tour...Oh yeah! The tour we have yet to announce....um the details will be with you guys soon! Expect some UK dates, then a recording break followed by some full on touring some time in the latter part of Spring/early summer! And finally, we have sat down as a band and decided that we want to go back to the world of working with a record label! (SHOCK!) as you all know we released BlackWater and Creator's Wrath independantly. This was because we had worked with some Mickey Mouse record labels in the past who have no interest in the band and only hand you the money, and then pester you again and again until they get it back! (I have to say, this isn't trueo f all of our ex-labels! we had some good times with some kick ass labels as well). So, I guess I should say we are now actively looking for a label! One that fits the sort of hardworking, and deserving band that we are! Now we have to sit and wait for the offers...HAHA! Joining us on the "Rest of the World" final leg of the tour (as well as the special Hyde Park show) will be metal newcomers The Strom, who will open the shows each night! The hint from Ryan Lee, suggests that the single will be called Chronology of Death, and that the B-sides will be old, rare recordings from the past couple of decades. More on that story tomorrow however. Also, two more support acts are set to be announced for the World Tour(OOC: Keep them coming!), also tomorrow, so make sure to check back for all of the biggest news from your favourite death metal band!
