25 YEAR OLD musician has announced his very early retirement from music. After 4 albums the poet and musician says, " This accident has really hit me hard. Music has gotten out of control for me. I gotta put down the whiskey and put down the guitar. I have grown found of the film industry and I will try my hand in that medium. I hope my fans and friends don't think unkindly of me. I hope they see this as me trying to change my ways. I'm tired, tired of the whole scene"

Max: I'm pretty dissapointed, you have all the tools to be the biggest icon in music history but you keep doing things to diminish your ability and take away from the music. I hope you can turn things around, you'll always have my backing though.

Jack Frost was released on a 200K bail early this morning. Frost left the hospital on his own accord and went straight to the police station. After taking a drug test it was revealed that he was not on any drugs.

Max: If your still up for it then your definitely still on to cover for me with the guys, I think it's a great fit and it's gonna be incredible, you should consider touring with them in a Jack Frost & The 4th Street Band tour, it could be great, I know I'm gonna be taking most of 2011 off due to becoming a parent and I know the guys are looking to tour together as 4th Street Band, so that's a possibility.

Max: Thanks man. You'll obviously have to speak with the band about it, I can't make that kind of decision but I know they're all fans of yours and I know they wanna tour in 2011 and I can't front the band in 2011 so it's definitely a good possibility. I can't wait to be a dad, it's pretty fucking scary.
