Steve Jones: Ladies and Gentleman, with her new single, English Girls, please welcome, the beautiful and talented, Stacey Walton.

The lights shine down on Stacey Walton who is joined by her backing band who begin the performance with drummer Dave Greening striking up the intro to her latest single, English Girls Are Easy (So You Think) or as it seems to be abbreviated, English Girls.

It has a more raw, punk sound to it rather than her debut single A Tender Kiss which was more of a commercial sounding Pop Punk single, something fans shouldn’t expect from her very often as she prefers to play with a more raw sound.
Anyway, Stacey begins the song and it goes without any problems, sang perfectly and the band played in time throughout, It’s as you’d expect from the actual album version, I guess it would be different in front of a festival audience, the people who are in tonight are in the building because the tickets were free and it was a chance to be on TV, nevertheless the song gets a few cheers, but the sound manager of the program told the crowd beforehand not to make too much noise. Anyway onto the next song.

A Tender Kiss, performed more loosely than the previous song, maybe because this is a song that’s been on constant rotation on radio’s all over the UK and US and it’s now been played enough times for Stacey to be able to have the comfort of moving freely onstage without worrying about messing up, she could probably perform this track in her sleep, or at least completely hammered or heavily sedated. The band on the other hand are completely missing from the performance, I mean they’re there but barely, standing further back and away from the limelight.
Once the song is finished Stacey stops to speak to the eerily quiet audience to announce, “I’d like to introduce to you all, a very good friend of mine, I worked with her on the only collaboration on the album and we had so much fun, I just love corrupting the mind of today’s youth, anyway everyone please welcome the stunningly beautiful 15 year old, Michelle Green.”

Out comes Michelle Green joining Stacey on this small stage, they share a hug and drummer Dave Greening counts in the intro to The Young & The Restless, a song about making the most of your youth, appropriately sang by an 18 year old and a 15 year old, the performance goes well with Stacey and Michelle both sharing vocals during the chorus and often exchanging glancing looks and smiling at one another. The collaboration works really well with the innocent Indie Pop vocals of Michelle trading off with the aggressive punk rock vocals of the UK’s new favourite rebel, Stacey Walton.
After the song, Stacey and Michelle hug again, wave to the crowd before leaving. And this performance has just expanded my love of this newbie on the rock scene.

Stacey: Thanks, It's not the same performing on a TV show, I prefer performing in front of a proper audience of fans but it was a learning experience, it was great to perform with Michelle.

Stacey: Thanks Daniel, your very kind. I'll have to catch a show of yours the next time your in the UK.

OOC: Thanks for commenting, I thought it wasn't very good and too short.

Daniel: Awesome, look forward to seeing you there :)

OOC: It was short, but it wasn't bad. RP's don't always have to be so long. If you want you can do a follow up to this performance. Like her looking back from her tour bus or from home. I'm actually going to steal that Idea myself lol

OOC: Yeah that's a good idea, but tommorow I'm gonna try and complete the tour diary, if I get some free time, I've had less and less free time this week, I'm not complaining though.
