The Band's soon to be realeased debut EP has received critical acclaim, being refered to as "an auspicious beginning for a potentialy genre-defining band", and "The best debut EP in years". It will be available in both CD and Vinyl, and as a digital download. So go buy it soon!!!!

Track listing/descriptions below. All music by John York. Lyrics noted with tracks

1.Maneater-3:38(lyrics by Kim Black)
2.Paranoia About Death and Heartbreak; Featuring Observations about Privacy, Sexuality in the Human Female, and Passages from Carl Jung's Psychology of the Unconscious"-5:04(lyrics by John York)
3.Our Sex Pistols Tribute-2:04(lyrics by John York)
4.Powerful Sounds-3:08(lyrics by John York)
5.The Wrestler-8:38(lyrics by John York and Kim Black)

1.Maneater-The tongue-in-cheek lyrics bowl down to Black telling various heartbroken men to get over her transgressions. The song is the most straight forward on the EP, after a minute long opening, A verse is repeated three times(with different lyrics) with slight musical changes each time. This is followed by a noisy York guitar solo, and the first verse being repeated again. The song's arrangement is a danceable Post-Punk type, and York's trumpet playing is overdubbed in the opening, giving the beginning a jazz vibe.

2.Paranoia About Death and Heartbreak; Featuring Observations about Privacy, Sexuality in the Female, and Passages from Carl Jung's Psychology of the Unconscious-The song opens to two minutes of York ad-libbing a guitar solo. Than, a verse beginns with Black singing about her fear of being poisoned in a restaurant. York, barely audible under the mix, can be heard speaking in a monotone voice, giving an extremely profane rebuttle to everything Black says, as well as reading from "Psychology of the Unconscious" at various points, and saying that women deserve to have private sexual lives. This is followed by an instrumental with an entirely different riff, and than another verse about Black fearing heartbreak. The song is minimal, with only Black's vocals and bass, and York's speaking and guiar. It is again in a Post-Punk style, with Black playing a retro bass line, throughout.

3.Our Sex Pistols Tribute-A SP sounding Punk rock song. In typical Punk tradition it is short, and has a simple song structure. The lyrics are basically about how great Jonny Rotten is, and how the Pistols old manager should be killed. Ian Black and Pitt provide backing vocals at the end of the song

4.Powerful Sounds-Being an Avant-guard track, this is the least mainstream song on the album. It's primary beat comes from feedback from various electronic appliances. Percussion comes from sampled sounds of various types of crashes. Black sings lead vocals, only describing what is happening in the sounds, while Ian/Pitt sing harmony. York plays the trumpet throughout the song as well.

5.The Wrestler-The EP's epic, this song's lyrics deal with more mature themes; it tells the story of a wrestler, and in the process critiques both old and new ideas about masculinity. It opens with a brief bass solo from Black, before drums, and sonic noise/low tuning sounds enter. The song goes through two verse/chorus cycles, in a traditional Post-Punk style once again, with the song building as it goes. There is then a long instrumental, featuring extensive soloing by both York and Black, as well as a drum solo by Pitt. Afterward, another verse is sung, but this time by Ian, as the Wrestler, followed by a final chorus. Black/Pitt provide backing vocals on the chorus's

John-Everyone should smile more often
Edmund-You bought his EP, and he bought our EP. You guys could've just given each other copies, and it would've been the same.
John-I split the royalties with all you guys, so actually, I'm losing out here..........

John-And so the EP is a commercial flop. I've never been so proud in all my life.
Producer/Minister of Information-But you should still buy it, no matter how proud John is of your not buying it. Simple cover, Just the band name and title with a royal blue backdrop. Can't miss it.

Ronny: I don't really believe you don't want people to buy this stuff, since you put it on an EP in first place. Then of course, you can pride yourself in just anything you feel like. I would gladly welcome you to Outhouse studio, if you'd ever be in need of such equipment. Till then, I just gonna buy this EP since it sounds like one of the most interesting things this year.

John-Hmmm, I supposed I would prefer people buying it, to their not buying it, but I want to make the kind of music people don't buy. Apparently, we did.

John-The highest selling music is generally low quality, or at least unoriginal. It was a joke.

Daniel: 0_o really? I don't think Michael Jackson's Thriller is low quality, nor do I think Stephanie Fierce's, Miss Vanity's is low quality either. Well its opinion in the end of the day, but as you said it was a joke.
