While in one house Jo is sleeping hesvily, in the three Jollies' house with the three beds, one is still used by Rose who sleeps sound.

Natasha has awaken but she doesn't have to exercise today so she looks up at the ceiling, trying to sleep a little more.

Fabriano is already out and about in his long bathroom session to make himself the best presentable possible on the island. Shower, shampoo, ooen shirt, shorts, hat. He's a perfectionist.

It's morning in Honduras, Rose is cleaning up the Jollies' little house-room humming random Disney songs.

Natasha is out exercising on the beach with Fabriano. She does light exercise to keep toned, he does heavier stuff to gain muscle as limited as he is on island, using big branches as weights.

Jo is still sleeping and snoring real loud.

Natasha notices Johnny is watching and smirks at him. "Not into exercising huh?"
Fabriano keeps going with push-ups. It's like the rest of the world doesn't exist when he's focused.

Kegan suddenly arrives announcing this week nominations

Natasha listens to him while doing her jump and step exercise with a small piece of wood under her feet. She chuckles while breathing hard, slightly sweaty.
"Yeah, yeah. Not exactly like my gym, but I can't continue without exercising." She stops looking at him smirking. "It's what makes me feel stronger. It's more than just keeping in shape for me..."
She says almost like she hints at some traumatic past experience that took her to hard exercising, but being her reserved self she wouldn't easily talk about it.

Fabriano simply just keeps going, he's in his own world and focus.

"Exactly" Quickly replies Natasha going slightly out of breath as she runs doing her step exercise. She then stops again some minutes later to rest and take her breath.
"See... The thing is also that feeling stronger outside makes you stronger inside, you don't even realise how many things in life you can face like this"
She then starts squats while looking at Johnny and continues. "For example, some would deserve so many kicks in their face, but you can turn that strength into words instead. And it still hurts." She says with a quick grin, then back to breathing.

Natasha nods with a smirk, her own way to thank him for the compliment. She's also quite out of breath. Between a set of squats and another she rests speaking to Johnny. His way of speaking was rather calming and well detailed, she is rather impressed by it. She then replies putting her hands on her hips while taking a rest.
"Yeah... this all takes you into an healthy lifestyle as well. I could never go back now. You know, there is always an higher goal to reach. And I certainly like that."

"either these mosquitoes go,or i do." mariko says sourly,waving her arms around her head in hopes of striking one of the bugs buzzing around. she and lydia and worked the rice machine last night so they went to bed with tummies full of food,so the pair slept late today.

"i would drown one of the people on this island for some coffee right now." lydia says with a yawn and a stretch. she was usually chock full of caffeine and this wasnt cutting it.

Johnny watched as Natasha wrapped up her routine before glancing back out to the sea, he quite liked her outlook on things, it seemed like she was putting effort into being the best version of herself, "It's definitely important to have something to work towards, it gives you a sense of purpose." he states, he was a firm believer in going for the things that you wanted in life and that if you put in the effort, you'd reap the rewards. He enjoyed having a real conversation for what felt like the first time since being on the island.

He glanced over to Sau'Ron as he stepped out, "What's up, man?" he says in a friendly greeting

Natasha waves at Sau'Ron. "Hi" She smirks and then finally after the last set of squats, exercise routine for today is over as she sits on the sand breathing heavily.
She then looks at Johnny to reply. "So enough talkin' about me. Tell me something about you." She says with another smirk as she tries to move away the conversation from her things. She'd feel selfish and is that reserved at one point. But she also finds Johnny an interesting man, curiosity about him kicks in.

Fabriano for a moment looks at Sau'Ron with a quick "Hey" then back into his self-absorbed, hard heavyweight workout.
