In the press release released earlier today Marc Rolan let loose the news on his space/rock opera THE RAIDERS OF THE CRYSTAL HOUSE.

Raiders Of The Crystal House has smashed the charts and has landed #1 on the USA charts and #3 in the UK charts!

Hello Fans!
I just want to say thank you for sticking with us during our long break. But we have greased the gears and our gonna be releasing our latest album in the upcoming weeks. But I am very pleased to announce a secret passion project of mine. It's a mix between live concert footage and a narrative surreal film directed by myself and starring The Bards. It is a space opera mixed with a rock opera...so I guess its a Space-Rock Opera. It is called The Raiders Of The Crystal House.
I guess it is about a young man who is the soul survivor of earth and he must reach this sort of oasis called The Crystal House, a mythical place that hangs between two universe and what not... well during his journey he encounters these humanoid rift rafts called The Bards, together they elude the evil Empress Of Darkness while rocknout on the way, hahaha. So yeah that is the main idea of the film..."
I do intend to mix The Bards sound with some other genre. I have asked a certain superstar to join on the adventure I am just waiting for a response from her people.

Tim Dunn: Me and Mike are both really intrigued by this. We had thought about trying to turn the Axiom Saga into a film at some point if we could put the money together.

Mike Peck: Looking forward to the film and the album, maybe I can finally find an album that does sync with a film, especially after the 6 months I spent trying to find the Dark Side of Oz.

this is a bitter sweet moments for Marc Rolan because this would have marked the first time he has topped the charts.
